How to send followup email in Mautic ? - Create Followup email campaigns Easily

- Have you been thinking what to do when someone is not taking an action on your email campaign ?
Did you try sending a followup email ?
In this tutorial I demonstrate how to use check, wait and send again feature using which you can send follow up email and prompt contact/lead to take an action.
One time emails are fine but this way helps in increasing the click and visit rate.

Great video! Is there a way to send follow-up email in the same thread?

So, let's say I am sending two emails. 1) subject: chat, body - hi James 2) subject: chat, body - following up. I want second email to go into the same email chain as the email #1. So, that recipient knows what is the context of the follow up email.
I think if the subject and sender is exactly the same it will go into the same thread like a follow-up. I haven't tried with mautic but i do get several such emails from another platform i used for notification purposes.
Nice video. I can't see all the default templates email by Mautic(pre-installed) when I'm on email setup page, but only a couple of them are there, any idea? How can I add an image to the 'Blank' template in V4.1?

first clear the cache.
Then,
Please check following:
1. Settings > Themes check how many themes are there.
2. If there are many themes I have 19 in my list then please check step 3.
3. There is additional editor in the the mautic plugins, called GrapeJS if you enable this it will only show grape js based themes and hide rest of them. disable this plugin if enabeld and see if you have other themes back.
If the user replies to my mail , where do I receive the reply?. I have purchased a new domain and am using Mautic to send emails but I have no way of receiving replies. If a user replies to my emails the mail bounces. What do I do?
You need to configure the inbox in the mautic email settings.
Which SMTP are you using, in India AWS doesn't provide email receiving or inbox configuration. You can use any open source email platform like mailcow to configure your email on personal domain
