Hey Alikutty A. first of all thanks for this great video on basic understanding of "How SAM works?" Even till today a lot of changes have happened like SAM workspace come, content lookup plugins providing more accurate info, and so on. But That's fine, although the basic concepts never changed and I think you have covered enough here in this video. Only one concern here- From SCCM/MECM you are directly pointing out to optimize the S/w license, but instead of this, shouldn't it go first in CMDB then normalization, and finally go to optimize Software license. Correct me if I am wrong.
