I love how open you are with your scars and protective of your open wounds. I have been loving listening to you every day this month. Like other commenters I also enjoyed this Mermay and will miss it when it ends. I really like when you draw a bunch of mermaids or Daisys or stamped faces etc. You are amazing in making them all totally different and interesting :)

No Pl4ytest this year. Sad but I totally understand. It's been an amazing experience and I'll still be here whenever you make another one. I do not want mermay to end though. Can we have a prolongation? You know like in... soccer. 😂 I think I would love to be part of the next virtual voyage but honestly I'm not so sure I have the "talent/capacity" to follow. Can you tell us what skills are required?

So I'll tell you a story. I have a daughter and when she was a teenager, Oprah and Donahue had back to back talk shows. That's mid-eighties. They seemed to have the heavy hitting shows on the same day or a day apart. I used to watch them since I only worked part time then. One day, they had shows about parents kicking their teenage children out of the house for being gay. I totally freaked out. I could not believe that anyone would do that to their child. I went down the hall to my daughter's room and told her I didn't care if she was gay, straight, or bisexual we would never throw her out of the house and we would love her regardless. She looked at me and just said okay Mom, I know that. I'm sure I confused her. Especially since we have friends and family that are gay. She's a wonderful mom and her oldest just turned 13. Hope she's ready for the teenage years. 😊
