Great video! I have the Steinberg Synapse Trans Scale guitar and just love it :) always loved Steinberger since the 80's. I been meaning to pick up the Synapse bass as well and you just help me make up my mind (I have been comparing them to Hohner basses latley). I have a large collection of basses as well and enjoy the ability to have different tones. I do have the Sprit version of the bass and in my opinion it's a nice bass. But I know the Synapse bass tone will be closer to the original Steinberger.
Stumbled on your vids tonight the answers to the questions where cool but watching/listening to you play those things was the really good part. Watching you made ne wanna pull the bass of the wall and and let her thump🤘🤘🤘🤘 keep’em coming
Would you believe it, if I told you, the stock strings from when I bought it, are still on their? But I do changed strings on a couple other Steinbergers, and in that case I use the Steinberger strings. Like the ones you can buy at Thomann.

Thanks, you can't go wrong with a Synapse, in my opion. I will do a shootout between a L2 and the XT somewhere in the future, stay tuned 😁

Thanks for your kind words!
Neo can you please tell me what strings you use for your Synapse? I picked up some D'Addario double ball ESXL170-5 but they seem a little short :(

Wow steinberger all the way.
Way deeper, clearer.
The aria was similar
Sorry for the noob question, Are you using any pedals? I love that sound.
Nope, but as I say in the video, there is a virtual Ampeg amp in the signal chain.
Syna is good to Traveler. But Pb sounds better for me. Thanks.
You're welcome.
Japan Precision is win, imho
It was not really a contest, but ok, that bass is great indeed.
Nate Mendell all the way!
Yeah, Nate is great. 😀
PBred wins
