Would you be kind enough to help me resolve this issue at hand when I want to create Local Computer Policies and User Policies in server 2016. After doing everything when I hit netplwiz I'm given options to choose and when I select the required one, I get this "the computer server is a domain controller and cannot be used on a domain controller. how can i resolve this issue in server 2016"
Thanks... worked great except that the user can still delete the group from the local administrators on the workstations (because they are local admins)... in your video it showed they could not... can't a step that I missed unless you were not signed in as a local admin... did I miss something?
Hey kelglobal thanks for the good content you always share with us. I have a question related to the active directory we use domain admin credentials every time we want to do administration stuff like software installation in our clients mechines we know it’s not good for security we are looks a solution is this can help?
Hi, thanks for your feedback. Using domain Admin credential to perform daily activities on client devices is very dangerous. Why not create a security group in AD and Delegate control to the security group. By delegating control, you can give only the required permission to the IT helpdesk or engineer. Then add the users to the security group that was delegated. Anytime a new user needs admin right, you just add the user to the security group.

You can stop the user from deleting it using group policy
