As a person who always hated school, I’m actually sad that school is almost over (or already over for some people). The memories I had while experiencing this school year, all the teachers I had (which they were all really nice), all the funniness and happiness of school, and more. All that just makes me feel sad because I had fun experiencing all of this and I don’t want this happiness to go. Especially since the Summer is like 3 months. It’s like everything will be gone. Even the exact classroom(s) you were in will be gone because you might not be stepping foot in your classroom(s) again. I really am going to miss school.

This made me cry for some reason!! I used to work in the learning centre at a school and when I left, all the kids were crying and I got the biggest card I could’ve imagined. Saddest day of my life.
I had this amazing teacher who taught me kindergarten and 1st grade. But sadly in 2nd grade, she stood teaching 1st. She knew me until I made it to 4th grade. She retired when u bit 4th grade. She asked me every day how was school. Cause I go outside and then wait for my mom to come (it's called a walker it's like a way of getting home) and it was nice. This sound omg. This week is my last week of freshman year. I have had an amazing year. Im honestly so sad for it to be over. I made so many friends, made the cheer team, passed all my classes, and had amazing teachers. Honestly Im so sad!
I remember my teacher cried a lot when we graduated. It was our last day of highschool and we all fought to have her as the one giving us our diploma. We had her as our geography teacher since we were 14 and although we hated each other some winter mornings and my classmates would sometimes argue with her we all loved her. One of the strictest teachers there was and everyone was always surprised because she was actually our class' favorite teacher when the other students from different years didn't quite like her. I remember hugging her so tight when she gave me my diploma she got emotional and when we all went to greet her she started crying. We loved her and many actually came to see her as a second mother. She thought me so much and in fact I am now studying geography in uni because of her. We all respected her class because she treated everyone fairly and kindly all the time. The older/younger students didn't like her because she was extremely strict and would never forgive you for handing your homework late. No second chances. Even classmates that would struggle in every subject got high scores in her class because she actually cared about you doing better and you wanted to do better because she encouraged you to. You had to commit to your chance without thinking "there's going to be another one after this". I'll never forget one of my classmates who always got bad scores and didn't care about school coming up to me during recess saying "Hey, can you help me study for Ms. Veronica's class? She has tried helping me many times but I feel like I've been wasting her efforts because I wasn't even paying attention to her when she was trying to explain. I want to do good in her class but I am afraid she's a little tired of me at this point. If I do good on the exam maybe she'll be happy for me as well." I miss her a lot, I moved cities because of my uni but I wish I could tell her I'm doing good today. I wonder what kind of students she has today and whether they struggle to like her or if there is another class like ours that loves her and had their lives hanged by her.
I cried when I got home… cause I’ll never see some of my favorite teachers again and my bsf 🥺💔 she moved without telling us and blocked all of us… this is the second time that happened to me but hopefully she takes good care of herself and always know that I’ll miss her ❤😢

when school got out a few days ago, i finished middle school. as i was walking to get my bike, i saw my friend, we said our goodbyes (he was going to a different school and im going to high school), and he left. after he left, i started freaking out and sobbing because he was a good friend and i didnt even have any way of talking to him. i cried again that night just thinking about all my friends i just left.

No but truly this made me cry, I've been a little depressed lately because my best friend is changing to a different school than me next year and we have been best friends for 6 years. On the last day of elementary school i was really cry so hard that when i woke up the next day i was still crying. Its a really sad time for me and i never would've chosen to leave. My parents have been taking away the things that make me calm and punishing me a lot more because they think the things that i watch and do reflect on my mental heath. Im having a great summer and spend time with my other friends, but I've only spent 1 time hanging out with my best friend since school ended. School was stressful and younger and older people depended on me to be responsible and reliable but i miss it already and am realizing that i should've taken the time to enjoy the moments that i had when i was younger instead of worrying about the future. For about 3 weeks leading up to my graduation into a new school i was crying at night alone. Now even after school has ended and a time that is suppose to be a "happy and fun" time for children has begun even the littlest things like this trigger an emotion breakdown in me and cause me to cry and be sad again. honestly for how much i hated this year, i'm gonna miss it. im finally leaving the elementary school and going up to the high school (7th) and never going back to elm school.
I feel like I would cry every year at the end as a teacher. Saying goodbye to my students, they’re getting older and moving onward and having to close that chapter to begin a new one after summer vacation. It’s like having these kiddos you grow and learn with and educate to the best of your ability then they just grow up and you don’t see them as much or at all and all those memories are there with no knowledge of who they’ll become.

I cried when I got home… cause I’ll never see some of my favorite teachers again and my bsf 🥺💔 she moved without telling us and blocked all of us… this is the second time that happened to me but hopefully she takes good care of herself and always know that I’ll miss her ❤😢

as a senior who just graduated, there are definitely some teachers that im gonna miss. Had to say goodbye to an art teacher that i’ve had and known for about 3 years and it was definitely hard. Just wanted to say thank you to all the teachers who make a difference by making learning enjoyable
when school got out a few days ago, i finished middle school. as i was walking to get my bike, i saw my friend, we said our goodbyes (he was going to a different school and im going to high school), and he left. after he left, i started freaking out and sobbing because he was a good friend and i didnt even have any way of talking to him. i cried again that night just thinking about all my friends i just left.
That feeling is always sad but happy too. my mom is a teacher and she tells us about it

No but truly this made me cry, I've been a little depressed lately because my best friend is changing to a different school than me next year and we have been best friends for 6 years. On the last day of elementary school i was really cry so hard that when i woke up the next day i was still crying. Its a really sad time for me and i never would've chosen to leave. My parents have been taking away the things that make me calm and punishing me a lot more because they think the things that i watch and do reflect on my mental heath. Im having a great summer and spend time with my other friends, but I've only spent 1 time hanging out with my best friend since school ended. School was stressful and younger and older people depended on me to be responsible and reliable but i miss it already and am realizing that i should've taken the time to enjoy the moments that i had when i was younger instead of worrying about the future. For about 3 weeks leading up to my graduation into a new school i was crying at night alone. Now even after school has ended and a time that is suppose to be a "happy and fun" time for children has begun even the littlest things like this trigger an emotion breakdown in me and cause me to cry and be sad again. honestly for how much i hated this year, i'm gonna miss it. im finally leaving the elementary school and going up to the high school (7th) and never going back to elm school.
I feel like I would cry every year at the end as a teacher. Saying goodbye to my students, they’re getting older and moving onward and having to close that chapter to begin a new one after summer vacation. It’s like having these kiddos you grow and learn with and educate to the best of your ability then they just grow up and you don’t see them as much or at all and all those memories are there with no knowledge of who they’ll become.

i finished school a few days ago and literally i miss it so much. my school is a 5/6 school and u get split into teams that u stay with for two years with the same teachers a kids. we have all gotten so close to the point that they feel like my siblings sometimes. i loved all my teachers but i will rly miss on how close i was with my team and especially the memories we have made thru the last two years. and obvious i sobbed for hours when i got home.
Today is my last day of middle school. It just feels so surreal. 3 years went by so fast.
It's like the feeling of excitement but sadness at the same time. Your happy it's summer time but sad that your favorite students are gone. School hits different sometimes man.

Im 100% sure my besties grandma who works in our grade won’t be upset abt it at all. My sixth grade is so bad😭😭sometimes we would go say hi to her and even skip free period with her. (A lot of ppl would most likely say “why would u skip free period” it’s bc we can only do work for that “free period”) And sometimes when we do, she is on the verge of tears bc of how bad the class was.
I had a special bond with my 5th grade teacher. She was my mentor and my inspiration. She's the reason why I want to become a teacher today. I will always cherish those memories.
Same thing for students not talking about the ones who pull pranks the ones that try hard and get good grades the struggle is real for teachers and students

I work summer programs and after a month I am sobbing at the thought of the babies moving on to the next grade 😂 I love working with children! I’m happy I got to experience it before going to law school!
