What kind of cooling fan did you install?
I took that Cooling fan from old Electronic parts.
You can use SMPS fan as well ,or CPU Cooling Fan.. It's same.

For Motorcycle painting is all fine and okay with No noise.
But for Car paint go for larger tank like 50 or 70 tank capacity.But for motorcycle is okay i used this in all my motorcycle paint.
You can paint during nightfall without disturbing your neighbours as it come with very low sounds compressor.
