Barrier up second turn remove the debuffs that are on your Phoenix. She'll still be able to remove with her ultimate before she changes over it will remove more buffs. Plus if you take out Cyclops and you put in your six red star Captain marvel it works a lot easier. ;)

i run a similar team but with Mr sinister and stryfe instead of colossus and IW . stryfe takes the taunt off Cull and it allows me to clone Ebony and then i just go from there .

I wanted to say if anyone is without maw, try sub shield trooper as defender iso-8 behind cull..left to right: clavicus vile, proxima midnight, thanos shield trooper, cull..it's a snasty trooper/ cull counter combo!

Haven’t seen the video yet but I take down BO all the time with my mutant team on arena. The highest I’ve hit is 434k BO. I use phx, mystique, si Inter, magneto and BB for the damage. I have more problem taking down teams that are random. I can’t stay in the top 10 anymore I’m always top 20
They really need to get something to counter these dudes. I am seeing them in lower level area a lot more and it's impossible without MASSIVE punching down

You almost broke the code, now replace your gimped Ultron with mr Sinister, who gives 2turns offence up to everyone, heals Storm and Collosus, and doesn't die on second turn like a bitch. You don't even have to clone anyone, i usually wait until taunt from Cull is cleared and clone Maw just for fun.

I can punch up against BO with thanos, minerva, mr fantasic, torch, invisiwoman. Kill order is the same. Mr Fantastic is fantastic for buff removal :)
That close on a almost 50k punch up is still a good counter

What if you do full black order - Cull and use sinister to clone cull, then you have black order + sinister

Scientist Supreme instead of Ultron also gets Blackbolt offense up with his basic. I need to work on Symbiotes to flip the BO buffs.
I don't have Invisible Woman built up. Can I substitute her with Gear 14 Ebony Maw?
Those battles were fun to watch & helped me to learn more strategy.

The bugs with Thanos passive and Ebony Maw ultimate got fixed, thats what turned the tide.
Also, some people were putting in their 300k BO teams on defense and when they couldn't hold up, they wrote them off as trash.
