Matters religion I mostly go by the principle of having a personal relationship with God, studying the word of God on your own pia by reading the bible.
Lest we forget that pastors are also human beings just like us and they are also capable of messing up big time. Once you remember that, you will view them with more grace.
Whenever you listen to sermons do it with an open mind, pick what resonates and leave what doesn’t.
