Giddangi Biryani - 4 AM Biryani Nellore - Food Wala

Hello Foodies
We are at Nellore to taste Giddangi Biryani.
This Bismillah Biryani is running successfully from 30 years. Bismillah Biryani is located in Giddangi veedi so its name became and known to everyone as Giddangi Biryani. This giddangi biryani is available as breakfast.
Mutton Biryani preparation starts at 4 AM and completes by 6 AM and then they carry the biryani to hotel and served as breakfast.After completion Mutton Biryani they starts cooking chicken biryani.
All the mutton used for biryani making is used by their own goats, not purchased from outside. Daily 30 kgs of Mutton biryani is sold and coming to chicken biryani 10 kgs to 15 kgs is sold.
Mutton Biryani is served with allam chutney, perugu chutney and Lemon Pickle. Normal rice is used for making biryani. Mutton Biryani tastes good and very flavourful with allam chutney, roasted kaju and mutton pieces also cooked well.
