Wow what a bunch of great journal fodder to play with. Always fun to hear your ideas on how you may use certain pieces. Hugs and prayers for a good harvesting 😊❤

OMG YES! I was watching this and I thought "Oh I hope she put some of this in my box" LOL , I remember the nabob coupons well, my mom would save then for a few different things. I also remember all the things that a person could get in like tide laundry soap (silver ware, towels are 2 things that I remember well), that little quilt type piece will make an awesome closure for a journal.

Hi Caroline, of course I filmed this a long time ago so I've forgotten what I showed & what I said...lol. I hope I included what you hoped I'd include---how's that for a tongue twister? H

You had me at the purple cutains!!!curtains!!!! 😅😅
The nostalgia calendar was pretty cool. I think it was Ingrid Bergman in Casa Blanca.
You know (the handwriting books) my older grandkids are in a unique pocket. They did not learn to write in cursive. My younger grandkids are learning it now. I never understood why they would stop. It isn't that hard to learn yet so much of our family history is written in cursive.

Those purple curtains are awesome. I'm right with you in thinking that cursive decision was short-sighted and bone-headed. How about analog clocks & time telling. Managing money and being a kind, decent human being, looking someone in the eye when you speak., etc, etc, etc
