- Hi everyone! In tonight's video I need you to follow my instructions, but you can close your eyes half way through. I hope that this video helps you relax and drift off to sleep :)

right off the bat - I appreciate the warm light color. More ASMR creators should employ this technique, because cooler light colors keep you (sadly) awake.

Reading a story is a good idea. I agree. She's got a great voice. She's unique. She speaks in a steady low tone and then draws you in with the whisper. And she doesn't tap all the damn time and get bored with it and tap louder and faster.

I just closed my eyes in the beginning. Only takes a couple of seconds to get a mental image, I leave the rest up to the audio 😊

The results were somewhat true for me. Except the last one and the stairs one, I picked straight stairs instead of spiral bc they made more sense, and I'm fairly optimistic about my future but picked the courtyard full of rubble. I think it would be easier to deal with than a jungle, I know how difficult weeds are. Well, maybe I'm not that optimistic, I'm realistic. But again I picked it for the aesthetic, I like abandoned places
