It's a part (actually an intro) of an album called Talksick3 and the artist is sickick, he is very popular now but back then he wasn't, and xKito is a channel promoting creators to help them grow and they have their own record label as well. Anyone can submit their songs to this channel and is they are good enough they will be featured.

I think it's actually "Talksick", since the song is part of his album called Talksick3, which also released in Autumn/Fall.
Yup, and "Freak of the Fall" is a reference to one of his other songs.
Also, "Talksick" is a word play on "Toxic." Phonetically, they sound almost the same. To:k sik = talk sick; toxic = toksik. As someone who's studying phonetics and phonology, I love this so much. Either Sickick is a lyrical genious or a very intelligent and educated person, or both. :P
