- 花藝師Leng是新加坡人，她和家人爲了過上田園生活，在北京六環以外，平谷郊區的半山腰上選了8畝地，自己設計了一棟房子。他們從山上採了3000m³的石頭，用來砌房子、院牆和後面的梯田，如果再算上花園、果園，一家三口住了5000㎡。
Florist Leng is from Singapore and now works in Beijing. In order to live an idyllic life, she and her family design a house on the 8-mu plot on the hillside in Pinggu District out of the 6th ring. They move 3,000 m3 of stones from mountains to build the house, the walls and the terraces at back. Plus garden and orchard, the family of 3 live in a home of 5,000 m2.

This is beautiful. We are in the US architecture building industry. And never thought you can build so much beautiful and specious house in China, especially in Beijing. We always thought North America has the condition to build specious residential housing to bring the nature in. Now, you brought us another angel.
This land is probably owned by the village. With the villagers go to live in the cities, buyers can go to "rent" from the them for a relatively long period, like 50 years or longer, at a pretty low cost. Even in Beijing, because the lands of these deep mountain villages are unlikely to be developed, the price would be pretty fair.
@@vladimirlucas9047 Let me correct you. All lands is owned by Chinese Communist Party. No Chinese actually own any land in China. Even people's gave is owned by the party. If the regime wants, they can remove you anytime even your family lives on the land for generations.

我家就在东北农村弄了地热，自己造的，其实是很简单的，买一个大锅炉放倒，锅炉的一头出水口和进水口先接铁管（只一两米长就行，直接接塑料管容易把塑料管烫坏漏水），然后再接塑料管在整个地板上盘成规律状，并且让管子里的水循环起来，上面用砂石和水泥白灰混合起来覆盖后抹平（不要只用水泥这样地面会很硬，到时万一管子漏水无解），再铺上塑料地板即可（木质地板不行的，原因是会因为热度扭曲变形）锅炉里面放水，然后烧开锅炉整个屋子就会很暖和啊。冬天，我们家烧起锅炉会很热，屋子里都是穿着衬衣，外面都零下20多度。有兴趣的不妨一试。
