My brain doesn't turn off and ASMR can at the very least stop the rapid eye movement and calm the racing thoughts
@@BigRaji1981 not sure if this will be helpful in your case but one of the tricks I use to sleep when I’m anxious or having intrusive thoughts is the cognitive shuffle where you pick a word like “blanket” and then list words starting with the first letter like bird, blue, baby etc.. while trying to picture the image of each word; and then do the same thing for the rest of the letters in “blanket”
and here I was working from 7:30am to 11:45pm and there was an angel leaving a new level of perfection in my feed, thank you Alana!! reaching for the paypal super thanks button now!
