Hey BFord! Here's a tip when picking the types of development plans. You should look at how much weeks it will take for the player to go up in overall right next to his overall. Cause between 31:52 and 31:56 you can clearly see Ansu could have gone up to a 99 overall in 8 weeks with the support winger plan but he would take more than 10 times longer with different development plans.
One man who really needs a rewind is Pedro. He was an important part of such a legendary team while he was younger, but he didn’t maintain a top level. Kind of forgotten.
Although it would be nice I think out of respect he shouldn't. since bford monetizes video's he'd be profiting over someone getting cancer. I'd say that it's not a good idea

I would say that it is more realistic for teams to make signings to fill gaps than to not make any at all, if you want it to be more player oriented, don’t mention or only briefly mention the signings
When he said the training was slowing down because 89->91 It’s because he didn’t put on right wing he didn’t convert to RW which is right but he played him at LW and on the first 2 seasons he played him at RW that’s how it was going up
To maximise growth select the development plan with the lowest time (which you will see at the top) as that is the length of time it will take to grow the player by 1 overall.
