The actually made the gear ratios too satisfying in the traffic but on the open roads you would definitely miss the 6th gear

It would have made sense if the price was less than r15 like the bs4 variant. But at this price range it is a bad choice as the competition offers much more features.

Bike is really good for the city ride.. and Easy to take.
It's very refined I gets 33-36kms mileage usually Using Motul 7100 10/40 getting good Intial Pickups Power delivery/and No vibrations.....
I am.5.7 and it's Exact for my Height.
New Headlight Assmbly looks attractive but why the hell the same Indicators throw it away.
6th Gear is Really what I Miss on this Bike...
Digital Meter Console & Indicators looks 4yrs old and Yamaha Is not considering to upgrade it anytime i guess...
they did came with the led indicator
Great review....a small advice for me ....i am just confused bw Hornet 2.0 and Fz 25 (price is ok for both the segment) . I shall be riding at max of 70- 80 kmph only (Family man) with pillion also (wife) ...mileage does matters (atleast 45 to 50 Kmpl) ...Please advice

Both bikes are quiter in 100 speed but rtr do offer a slipper clutch 😉 Do consider checking out the nearby service centers and take a test ride and then you decide by yourself 😊
