Hi, I've had mines in the garden for the past 4 days and they haven't switched on. I am told they are meant to have switches which I haven't seen. Where are the switches?
They look much better in your video than in real, the problem is you see the fragments when one led goes off and one on, so its not a steady clean fire. Bought them and was disappointed. But I do love your garden. All the best to you.
I have different cameras that I use, but for THIS particular video I used my main go to camera, the Sony FDR-AX53. (It was on a gimbal for the moving shots)
Their customer service is great...had one go out..replaced it...no charge. Also... you basically need full sun..my one side of the house does not last, like my neighbors, where he gets full sun. Just saying...
I bought two sets in June 2019 and July 2020. Out of 8 of them 3 are not working now. 2 don’t work at all and the other 2 light stays on all the time can you help? I did buy them on Amazon I don’t know what to do. I don’t think I can return them for another set.
Email or call the company that makes them and tell them about your problem. I think the lights came with a small instruction pamphlet with support contacts included within.

They have 1 year replacement period, please check the warranty card.
