If she just started off the conversation saying that she called them because her boyfriend was being a dick and she wanted to scare him, the cops would've been mad as hell, but they either would've let her off with a harsh warning, or just arrest her for filling a false police report.
I don't think they would've arrested her for that, though. The cops in this video seem chill as hell, and only started escalating because of how much SHE was escalating. They even let Brandon go when they had the power to arrest him, probably

That behavior at around 10:00 with her just screaming "please" in that high pitched voice while the officer is continuously telling her to do something as simple as put her legs in is genuinely the mark of someone that was not disciplined whatsoever as a child. She probably got away with almost everything she ever did when she was younger by doing exactly that annoying, repetitive "PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE." That is absolutely insane how she just reverted back to her six year old self right before their very eyes.
