So pretty. I always look forward to your videos because I just love the style of primitive life. I recently sold a butter churn! I wish I had known you were collecting because I would have given it to you! That hubby of yours is quite talented and evidently quite fond of ya! His work is wonderful! I have always wanted a noodle board, but had no idea what to do with it during its "off time." Thanks for sharing that idea. My house is warm and cozy but rather cluttered. I have worked on that for several years. We don't really consume things. They consume us! Today I began paring down everything... Cetina Country Cottage is one of the 20 subscriptions I kept from my too-long list of over 100... I will definitely stop chattering on! Happy Autumn!

I love your stars. I have a collection of metal stars & have added a couple made of yardsticks & carpenter's rules. Your husband does really nice work. I've had a Surefit wing chair slipcover with a for years. (It has a skirt though.) It has worn very well. Your mom did a great job on the slipcovers. I adore your home. So cozy.

LOVE it! It's like country sampler magazine came to life. I love the entry bench with the stars on top, I've made several stars with the large paint stir sticks from the home improvement stores. Your home is like ours, in that we built a lot of the furnishings ourselves. I love game boards too, I have one wall in our hallway lined with them that I've made myself. Thanks for sharing!

So pretty. I use to have my house decorated this way, but my colors were red, black, mustard, the dark colors so I went through a dark time and my house really seemed dark and depressing so I switched out. I love your colors, bright and pretty and I don't think I will ever not like primitive. You did a very good job with your decor and neutral colors.

I love the bench your husband made in your entryway. It is absolutely adorable. And yes, I think you should consider selling these. I love the wood and black mixed. Something I would like to ask is where did you get your wing back chair covers? I have been wanting to get some to cover my chairs but just can't seem to find the right ones. I just heard that your mom made the slipcovers. Somehow I just knew you were going to say that someone made them for you. How wonderful that your mom did these for you and that you treasure them. My mom passed away when I was 20 years old and she was an amazing seamstress. She even made undergarments. How I wish she were here because I just do not know how to sew and I would love to slipcover my wing back chairs. So I guess I'll need to find someone who can sew some for me.
