I think the overall profile is more important than IELTS because there are many cases where a candidate scores 6.5 or more than that or even sometimes 7 or 7.5 but still got refused. On the other hand few students who obtained 5.5 in one module with an overall 6 received study visa.

Yes go for non sds and just create your gic and pay one year fee . My friend recently got his visa even Pte test can be approved in non sds don’t go for ielts again
