ingredients you'll need
4 potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp onion sliced
1 tomato cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
2 tbsp mint leaves choppes
1 tbsp gree chilli
125g flour 1 cup
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp carom ajwain
22g ghee 3tbsp
45g water 1/4 cup
preparation time 45 min
cooking time 8-10 min
