At night, the area is busy with upscale cocktail bars, gay bars, and venues for karaoke and live music. Boutiques, bookstores, and homewares shops sit among luxury hotels and condos.

Dati pang maganda yang lugar na yan maski 30 yrs ago. Underrated lang tlga ang QC lalot na yang Timog at Tomas Morato.

We compete South Triangle in Quezon City where ABS-CBN Ch. 2 and GMA Ch. 7 are located.
Pamplona Tres was supposed to become the richest barangay in Metro Manila after South Triangle.
South Triangle ang tinapatan namin.
Timog Avenue is the sister street of Alabang-Zapote Road
Tomas Morato Avenue is the sister street of Verdant
Night clubs disco bars are sister company of Padi's Point along Alabang-Zapote Road
Many high rise buildings at South Triangle are competed with Torre Sur.
