There is no standard answer. If they dont have that budget with the last reply she might get selected. Again genuinly she might need the job urgently like most common reason not satisfied with the leadership and confront. If she doesnot have that urgency like with the attitude if I get good and if not ready to wait doesnot matter at all then the last reply makes sense. Often company wont tell u if they dont have that budget or approval for that profile. Simply they will tell u that they will get back later on put u on hold and get the next best candidate

I honestly do not understand why does it matter our previous salary to the employer. That's ridiculous and totally out of the point. If I am worth what they have budgeted take me in otherwise don't. What's with previous shlt 🤷

All this advice is good for content but doesn't happen in the real world...😉 Budget is a real thing... believe it or not...there are 100 guys who are willing to take your job for a lesser salary.
Aati hui Laxmi aur jaate hue Shani ko nahi rokte hai 😉
Here is some good advice though...NEVER TAKE THE FIRST OFFER! They may increase a slight percentage but it may not be the number you thought in your mind but if you are reasonable then they will reconsider it so don't go berserk after watching this video😂
    All the best! 👍🏻

Firstly, no employer asks for justification. secondly no employer will tell that its beyond our budget, third in a scanario where the person was getting 28k with 5years exp, asking 55-60k also is justified with no questions ask, employer agar usmein ana kaani kare to interview seat se uth jaane ka - aise leecharon ko jusrification dena apni be-izzati hai. Why are Indian Interview process so lengthy and hard. I mean look at Foreign companies, all they talk about is the job and can the person do that job. If yes, they are hired right away. Moreover the interview process is also quick just 2/3 round max. Indian HRs need ro learn from their western counterparts

I just can't tolerate why HR should show this much attitude, why can't they,(HR)talk normally and ask politely to justify the salary which the candidate quoted.Too much of attitude and arrogance where do they get, thinking they are the owner 😤
