Tip: play duo It's risky to play solo u can get raid when u are offline. I have been playing duo with my partner offline since last 2 seasons i have no shield but I never get raided. Create a 2nd account if u don't have a family member.
Just means that she found someone that wasn't currently online playing the game. So she didn't have to have a huge battle fighting someone for all that loot.
