Love how most of the broadway debuts aren’t huge roles or crazy roles, it just puts into perspective how everyone gets their start somewhere even broadway stars

Wow, I started crying when she invited Owen backstage and realized it was actually because his parents were there, two parents, and got overwhelmed at seeing this young boy's love of art being supported so enthusiastically. And for Leslie to reward that like this makes a huge impact. What a wonderful night for that lovely family.
Gazelle Garcia I cried too! I knew that I would because I know Owen! I was his Child Guardian for Matilda the Musical! He was so excited to see Beetlejuice. Him and his family went on a trip to NYC right after our show ended.

Brian Gamage I think my family actually bumped into Leslie on the street while we were visiting New York City. I don’t really know if it was her because she was wearing very dark-tinted sunglasses but she looked and sounded like Leslie, so who knows, it could’ve actually been her🤷🏻♂️
