They are vampires but the two guys stalking them at the beginning with the werewolf shadows are actually K & EJ from &team i believe! &team is kind of like enhypen’s brother group with HYBE Japan and their concept is werewolves
I forgot the term for it but the “Queen Vampire” is (I’m going off of theories here) the vampire that turned the members into vampires, that’s why the members seemed like they were loyal to her or following her lead in a way (The white hair member (his name is Sunoo) pouring the blood into the fountain just as she demonstrated to them in that scene), also her name is “Sooha” they have a webcomic based off of this lore and they reference it. I’d recommend checking out their Concept Trailers if you’re interested in the lore and would like to make sense of their mvs and origin/lore in general. Also the wolves are 2 members from &Team (they have a werewolves theme) their a J-group but they were included in the mv then because those 2 members were actually in a survival show along with Enhypen (I-Land) but they didn’t make it in this line up but were however taken to form their own group. Their lore kind of intercepts because of that and their Webtoon but not too heavily so fans can focus more on their respective groups (ig). This is so long😭 but they have a lot to unpack within their mvs and their concept, I could talk about their storyline and fictional characters foreverrr it’s so interesting.
The guy who danced in the bloody room is Sunghoon (he’s a former competitive figure skater, thus his dancing being very graceful and precise) and the “perfect” looking guy is Niki their youngest member, who’s also Japanese and their main dancer. (Tbh they’re also so good looking and they really do fit the whole vampire aesthetic they have going on). All their dance practices are fire! They are one of the most synchronized kpop bgroups out there. You are in for a ride. Do watch their other songs and performances. They are very talented, hardworking and humble.

ENHYPEN is a boy group which is under BE:LIFT LAB and HYBE. The group was formed through a survival show called "I-LAND". They debuted on November 30, 2020 with "BORDER : DAY ONE" Album. Their debut MV : 'Given-Taken' (The MV was released on November 30, 2020). The group is composed of 7 members :

TXT has a comic as well called The Star Seekers and again each member has a character and they produce music for it as well.
