3 1/2 pounds chicken
1 stalk scallions
3 tbsp fresh thyme
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp scotch bonnet pepper
1 tsp pimento seed
1/2 onion
1 tomato
1/2 sweet pepper
1 small carrot
1 small Irish potato
🌼Seasoning
1 tbsp All Purpose Season
2 tsp chicken season
1 1/2 tsp jerk powder season/optional
1 to 2 tbsp Ketchup
4 cups water
📌Cook for 35 minutes on a medium heat
