How to clean a trumpet mouthpiece

I bet you clean your mouthpiece every week. Brush your teeth before playing. And you probably dry your trumpet completely of spit before putting it away carefully in it's case. If you are like me, then yea, I need to clean my stuff a lot more often. Or ever. I'll show you a mouthpiece that I used for a long time and it had some "debris" in the throat.
