This would be a real inveraion of Marineford, where Luffy was helplessly weak against a legion of superior fighters, many top tier. And he was weaker than the person he was trying to save. In this scenario, he'd be one of those top tiers, and in all likelihood stronger than the person he wants to save. He may also actually succeed.
I Believe that Marines/Celestials, will just simply disregard rescuing Garp, this will cause a mini uproar with Coby asking Admirals to help him rescue Garp and only Fujitora will assist and since Garp is a hero to the majority of Marines, the lack of ''press'' to rescue Garp will cause them to question their position a bit more
I honestly dont think it makes sense, especially after garps speech about prioritizing the next generation. Also with how the story is moving now i dont oda would want to go back to the beehive so soon, i think garp will break out on his own

If Aokiji is backing up the other Titanic Captains, I don't see Garp getting rescued by the Strawhats (not without a lot of help from the Grand Fleet etc). Kizaru was strongly implied to not have been giving his all in Egghead because Vegapunk was his actual friend. Meanwhile, despite the strong emotional bond Aokiji and Garp used to share, Aokiji was able to overcome that and incapacitate Garp. For this reason, I don't see Aokiji having any issue incapacitating/immobilising several members of the Straw Hats by himself (and that's before they have to watch out for Shiryu and Van Augur's sneak attacks etc).
I think that the last ponigliph is on beehive Island and luffy and his crew go to rescue garp luffy and robin will find out that the ponigliph is their I also see everyone of luffy's crew telling him that it's probably a trap and what would make it funny is that luffy listens to them a rescues his grandpa garp and gets the last ponigliph and defeats black beard and I could see imu finely showing himself to luffy and the Rest of the world 😊
