I have celiac disease and it is horrible. Now since I have been gluten free for a year I feel amazing. It does annoy me how many doctors just blow it off. There have been constant times that my doctor tells me that I can eat gluten and the discomfort isn't too bad. For me if I even eat a few crumbs I become very ill.
Haydin Dacey What kind of doctor is telling you that? thats terrible and downright dangerous, negligent medical advice. i recommed getting another doctor

I was so relieved when I got my diagnosis. My doctor told my I was a hypochondriac for years. I finally got fed up and drove 5 hours each way to see a new doctor at the university hospital nearest me.
I have just been diagnosed with this and I am amazed at how many products contain gluten that I’ve been using. Not just food… Wow it’s very eye-opening I’m hoping to feel better after some time gluten-free.
I was diagnosed with celiac about four years ago and it is wicked but I deal with it. Had no idea it stunted my growth…and to think without it I might have been a model. Dang.
The unexpected symptoms are no joke. I couldn't walk in a straight line because my balance was so bad. I would get up some mornings and fall over. I lost my job because of the cognitive impairment, I often couldn't comprehend what people were saying to me and I couldn't communicate properly at all. I was losing weight like crazy and constantly felt like I had battery acid flowing through my guts. Periodic episodes of psychosis, paranoia and panic which took a huge toll on my relationships. My joints constantly swelled, ached, and cracked. I always had GI issues growing up, but in the months leading up to diagnosis felt like I was dying. So grateful to be healthy and alive now.
@@Destiny44 To start, I went gluten free, but I still was having malabsorption issues and all I could tolerate was fruit for a while which led to more deficiencies. So gradually I switched to the AIP (Autoimmune protocol) diet. Basically no grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, nightshades, dairy, eggs, or sugar. Meals mostly consisted of meat/fish, certain veggies, and certain fruit. I followed that strictly for over 1 year, then slowly started adding things back in like white potato and beans. It only took about 1 month on AIP for my balance issues and joint pain to go away. Deficiencies took about 3 months. Cognition and mental health took about 9 months. My guts are still sensitive to a lot of other foods like most grains, dairy and eggs, so I'm not sure that will ever fully go away.
ive just been recently diagnosed with celiacs. people think we’re being overdramatic but being in a constant state where your gut feels like it’s being smooshed is so uncomfortable, and not to mention the bloating is even more uncomfortable. when i bloated it looked like i was legit pregnant.
It took me nrly 3yrs to get my celiac disease,to start with i had, alot of problems with my blood first with iron deficiancy, then folic acid deficiancy, then with b12 anaemia, then my teeth cracking,i lost loads of weight, started having pains in my stomach dhiarea and sickness eventually i got diagnosed that was 14yrs ago i still have to have b12 injections every 3 months but feel a million times better
I have celiac disease, and doctors thought I had epilepsy and said going gluten free wouldn't help! I proved them wrong. After going gluten free I felt awesome!
I competed in triathlon. For the past 3+ years I went to 6 physios, 1 orthopedic surgeon, 3 doctors for sever joint pain which has gotten worse and debilitating - none of them suspected. Finally I begged my doctor to test for an autoimmune disease. It came back positive for ceoliac disease. I'm still waiting for my biopsy. It's been a frustrating journey. And I'm too old now to reach the level in triathlon I had dreamed.
I did a low gluten diet just as experiment because I have weird bladder symptoms and a weird skin issue on my heel … I cut out gluten and dairy for the most part and felt so much better
I have celiac disease and I’ve had it since march lockdown in 2020 but it’s horrible and I hate the fact that shops and stuff make the gluten free stuff so so so expensive
I got a high blood test, and I had all these symptoms, so I stopped eating gluten for two years and my life was horrible as a teen, I wish people could be more understanding about this, my endoscopy is today and I cried in my room for hours, who is reading this as a teen?
I had been small and very skinny my entire life, when I was 9 they discovered that I had celiac. When I started eating gluten free I got more energy, gained a lot of weight and grew a lot. So you don’t always know if you have celiac bc the symptoms are very diverse. I had no stomach issues or anything
i am 14 and i have had it for about 5 years but i'm allergic to more stuff like corn, soy, artificial flavors and a lot more but it has helped me be a lot healthier too
My almost 4 year old granddaughter was just diagnosed with Celiac disease. She was just the opposite with her bowel movements. They were so hard, she couldn't pass them. At first, her doctor thought it was an intolerance to dairy. Since putting her on a gluten free diet, she's been doing so much better. Bowel movements are more normal. Whatever comes her way, her mother and I will deal with it.
I was diagnosed in my early 30s. The only symptoms I had for the better part of a decade was my thumbs would hurt in the mornings, brain fog, sporadically, and fatigue. Finally, I started having severe bouts of nausea that was lasting days. In some instances. Finally went to the doctor after them. Just prescribing medicine and asked for more blood work, fearful that I may have had cancer. Sure enough, after they ordered the Celiac panel which doesn't come normally it was pointing towards the disease. Had to have endoscopy and they took a biopsy, all 3 confirmed diagnosis (blood, camera on endoscopy, and biopsy). Gluten free not only helped with joint pain, but i feel 100x better and have lost a lot of weight.
I am crazy excited about me finally figuring out I have celiac disease. My entire life I have always had stomach issues and such, and I have constantly been reminded about my weight. I'm 95 pounds and I'm 14 years old, so I'm quite skinny for my age. BUT no matter how much I eat I can NEVER gain any weight! But I think there's a silver lining to all these years of me being insecure about my weight because I am going to try to stop eating gluten and hopefully see a doctor to help with a diet:) I am excited to see what will happen next!!
Sarah Frederick I just learned this today. My doctor just told me this. I had a negative blood test but I will have an endoscopy done to see for sure soon.
I was actually the main subject if a study conducted in New Zealand regarding the diagnosis of Coeliac: You can now be diagnosed just off antibodies :)
Still confused how celiac can be diagnosed, as the gluten sensitivity is giving for example immune response by creating antibodies (not in every case). But that doesn't mean someone has celiac. I guess there is lot of confusion, as ciliac is consequence of years and years exposure to gluten. So where is the parallel in terms of testing between celiac and gluten intolerance...What kind of testing did you had?
I was sick for years. I thought it was candida. If my uncle hadn't have had a medical emergency which led to the celiac diagnosis, I may have never figured out what was wrong with me. I'm now dealing with the weight gain associated with the healing of the intestines. Hopefully I can get back into shape. I feel a million times better.
@@amandar614 I had hair loss. I was nutrient deficient. Constant bloating, and sorry to be gross but stuff was coming out of me that looked like worms. It was my stomach lining. I was underweight, but ate all the time. I used to eat foods with gluten constantly. My body was attacking itself. It was a huge change when I stopped. It took quite a while to really turn around though.
@CookieMonster_ I was tired all the time. I've suffered with insomnia since I was a teen. If I eat gluten on accident, it takes anywhere from an hour to a few before I start to feel the discomfort. The symptoms are more severe. I think that's probably due to being free of gluten for long periods of time. It's truly a different life now, and I am so grateful to not be in constant pain and suffering.
I have autoimmune gastritis and developed sibo amount other issues and had to undergo invasive surher, I am now undergoing biofeedback therapy as well, more research really needs to be done on autoimmune diseases
I'm 17 and I'm from India( Pune ),where people have no idea about celiac disease , it took me around 3 years to diagnose it . All the doctors here confused me with IBS even though i was still 14-15 years of age ... but no one had an idea about celiac disease . But i was luck to find few doctors who directly told me that it could be celiac and got it tested as celiac disease is also on a rise in India(especially western and northern India ) but people are not aware about such a disease... Really celiac suck and its not a joke ......
I am an American expat and I live in Pune. I also have celiac. I'm in my 30s so have loads of experience. Ask me anything you want about it. People here don't take it seriously even though North Indians are the group most affected by celiac. It's not easy but if you look on the bright side, you're avoiding a lot of unhealthy foods like cake etc.
@@liorasitelman1856 I have constipation since last 8 years..My tgt report 20.16. But next test celiac disease not found..Still suffering from constipation and gas...What should I do?
I have Celiac. I’m kind of lucky actually, because my sister was diagnosed with it six years before I even started having symptoms. I was tested for it and it came back positive, and i very quickly started to recover after I was taken off of gluten, but my sister spent almost three years fighting this disease while her doctors had misdiagnosed her. There needs to be a lot more Celiac awareness because it wreaks havoc when it goes undiagnosed.
Recently discovered I had celiac at almost 20years old and being told all my life I had atopic dermatitis feeling hopeless because the normal eczema stuff wasn’t working I now have hope but this diet is very hard might have been easier should I found out earlier
I didn't figure it out until around your age! I promise, once you go gluten free, it gets better. My body stopped hurting all the time, my cystic rashes went away, and I was happier.
My brother has coeliac disease, Diabetes type 1 and Addison’s disease. He pretty much lives in hospital. It sucks because he can no longer work or go to school because he has a high chance of dropping dead everyday. If having this disease scares you just know some people have it even worse.
Celiac doesn't always present with primarily digestive symptoms. Mine actually presented a bit differently. I got tested because of rashes, joint pain, anemia, & chronic infections. Just saying. If you're having unexplained symptoms, even if not digestive, get checked out. Especially if a close relative has any kind of autoimmune disease. It may not be celiac, but in general if you're unwell it's always good to find out why & how to help yourself! Also, I've noticed that it's true that people with celiac tend to have another autoimmune disease too. My rheumatologist barely diagnosed me with lupus last year. A new one is questioning if that's accurate, but we do undoubtedly know there's another autoimmune disease happening here. I let myself suffer for so long thinking I had to toughen up. But no, turns out I'm ill. Spent most of my 20s in pain, dislocating joints, having kidney infections, & more. No fun. Wish I could get that time back. So please, if you're feeling ill, get checked out before it progresses. P.S. don't reply to me saying that going "gmo free" or doing some "detox" will cure me. I've done extensive research and I believe science, not woo. GMOs are fine. Nothing wrong with them. Every fruit and vegetable you eat has been genetically modified. We'd be starving without it. It doesn't mean what you think. It's selective breeding. Ugh. And detoxes are scams. Your liver and kidneys do that unless they're injured. If they're injured, you need to get real medical attention. Either way, detoxes don't help you, they drain your wallet, & they can even harm you. And if you're gonna tell me I'm vaccine injured or should try a coffee enema just don't. I've heard some crazy stuff from people when I'm candid about my ailments and those are the craziest so far.
I had similar experiences. Many years with absolutely horrific panic attacks, brain fog, skin problems, allergy and so on. Even eyebrow hair loss, hah. And mine were like Madonna's:) I know how hell looks like. And I've diagnosed myself, after the doctor's were unable. I don't eat meat and have to quit also the dairy because of cross reaction and it's not easy at all. And don't know what's the list of damage I have done to myself, without knowing about this problem, so I fully understand you. Kisses and take care!
I live in the Northern Province of Manitoba in Canada and I suffer with celiac disease also it is very hard because I live in an isolated town where we fly in a small plane to get to a city which is about 380 miles south just to go to a hospital. ALSO, due to isolation, we only have one grocery store and it all contains gluten, note and it's very expensive living up here.
Eat a very simple diet, meat, (canned)vegetables. If you have the internet do a lot of ordering online, although I realize the shipping might be quite a bit higher getting to you. It is sad that we live in a world where it is easier to find over processed, refined foods, instead of simple, nutritious whole foods. I hope you are able to find solutions for your diet despite the difficulties. Wishing you all the best. I understand the difficulty, having gone through it myself.
I see this was 6 years ago your so far behind my so was born with celiac disease got the diagnosis in 1983 and i have developed it and was diagnosed 2017 and yes it can run in family's get into the habit of reading labels.
You are right!!! The only way to confirm this horrible disease is with an endoscopy down your throat. What a nasty test. I have celiacs. Had the test. Would highly recommend to be knocked out for this!!! I wasn't because I needed to drive home afterwards. Do yourself a favor and make travel arrangements!!!
I have it too.. was diagnosed 19 years ago, the first in my town. back then, it was a real struggle; my mom had to cook and bake everything from scratch. thank God, today's days there's a whole aisle of gf stuff in our local shop rite. people with celiac need to b extra careful with their health for they r prone to various diseases.. diabetes and non alcoholic fatty liver disease are just two of em.. if neglected, celiac could advance into crones disease, and it definitely genetic. if u experience any kind of weird symptoms, definitely let a doctor screen you for celiac, especially if you have a family history of the disease.
Deb Valley I have it, my sister does n my dad. my grandma remains undiagnosed, claiming ignorance is bliss, n suffers silently. 2 of my aunt's n 3 of my cousins are diagnosed, others choose to ignore symptoms. there might b more, these r just the ones I know about. is that enough about genetics, or do I still need to check my DNA lineage?
My wife was diagnosed with Celiac disease two weeks ago. She has been gluten free since the diagnosis. WOW!! She is so much better now. And hey the Gluten free stuff is not that bad.😊😊

@@MrBeigns What do you mean? If you are celiac you have to avoid gluten forever. Gluten is bad, and not only for celiacs. Being celiac means that your body works and it is just trying to fight a protein that the human body doesn't need. It's just a body alarm, your body is telling you gluten is bad
My symptoms started with blistering elbows, years before stomach issues. Went to 3 Dermatologists for blisters, not one had an idea it could be Celiac.
My mom took my sister and I to the doctor when I was maybe 10 because we would break out on our elbows after doing dishes. I don't think I have full-blown Celiac, but I do think I am gluten-sensitive.
I too had gone to a dermatologist regarding blisters on my knees, ankles and elbows that unbelievably itched. The skin doctor said it was dermatitis. When I asked him what causes it he replied with a laugh, "who knows?!!!" That didn't sit well with me and when I decided to eliminate all wheat products in my diet, my skin cleared up in a few months. My family doctor was impressed with my own diagnosis. I've never had any stomach issues, but always the blistering if I stray back to consuming food with gluten.
Our daughter was just diagnosed with Celiac disease. We are a family of 7 with 5 girls and all of us will be going gluten free! It's all a bit overwhelming.
I developed Lupus in my late 20's. A gene was switched on (in theory) when I caught a virus in Mexico. I am not just allergic to wheat, but also Sugar, dairy soy, citrus and nighshades
I grew up on dairy products. After 50 years, i switched to the other milk with coconut. Has helped my gut problems. I ate a little bread yesterday and its been awful.
celiacs is not an allergy to gluten. your body is missing the digestive ensyme to break down the gluten protein. once the gluten hits your intestines it flattens the villa that helps move food particles and allow the blood to carry nutrients. children starved to death rom this . they now know which Gene's carry the marker for this disorder. I was diagnosed as a toddler in the early 1960's and there is way more information out there now. I was lucky as my mum worked in a children's hospital and went up to her favourite Dr and asked if he'd check me out. he was from. Ireland and had seen alot of celiacs disease. he also felt that there was some correlation between asthma and cystic fibrosis and while they have yet to find it via research it is known that those with CF can develop celiacs...as well as diabetes. eating a gluten free diet is not hard at all. it is a very healthy diet.
I am going through the itchy rash (Dermatitis Herpetiformis) over a week now - not fun (on my scalp, face, neck, chest and back). It burns and stings as well. I wasn't surprised to hear that is was a vet that ultimately suggested a possible diagnosis. I saw a GI doc and 2 dermatologists who all misdiagnosed me - very common from what I have read and heard. Why are these professionals making so much money and performing so poorly? I think artificial intelligence could have figured it out with just a simple survey and a photo of the skin rash.

@@Chebito710 Feel ya, it sucks. For now I've cut pretty much everything but pork, chicken, potatoes, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, bananas, oranges. Think eggs are okay too. Just have to wash them thoroughly before boiling or cracking one in the pan. Goddamn gluten contamination. Don't think I have any huge ailments thankfully but I am chronically tired and ate gluten 3 or 4 days ago. Never eat anything that you didn't prepare. Huge mistake. Anything in a plastic bag or processed is a no go. Can't even trust tea bags or any tea really. The only seasoning you can trust is plain salt. 🥺
I have celiac disease. For me, it affects only my stool and makes unbelievably terrible pain(like SERIOUSLY.) in my stomach. It sucks. I can definitely still have things like pizza and cookies- it won't kill me, it's just that I'll probably silently whisper to myself "it wasn't worth it" while clicking the button on my heat pad. I was first tested for it when I was 10 and was confirmed when I was 11. All the tests before were things like me off dairy for 2 weeks, ultrasounds, and just other things I don't remember. I cannot tell you how mad I was when the ultrasound lady said nothing was wrong with me. I legit wanted to punch a hole in the wall. Finally, we got the (of course,) VERY LAST choice which was celiac disease. More than 4 months after I first complained. It does suck ba- Food is expensive. Really expensive. No triticale, wheat, barley, bran- I could go on and on. Fortunately, normal foods like fruits, veggies, meat and other things are naturally gluten free so I guess it pushes me to stay healthier. Unfortunately, there's no cure, which I can really understand. How are you supposed to start on finding a cure for a disease that makes people unable to properly digest gluten? Think about it. P.S. reeses cereal are vegan and gluten free.
I just got diagnosed 3 weeks ago with a blood test. I've been sick for months with server joint pain, head aches, fatigue, upset stomach, diarrhea, a rash and tingling of my fingers and toes. Went to 3 different drs and got all sorts of tests done and they kept telling me I was fine, nothing was wrong. One dr said he believed I had an auto immune disease and sent me to a rheumatologist and she then tested for multiple thing! I awaited my next appointment 2 weeks out... in pain, waiting to find out what's wrong in hopes that they would find something! They did. She said she's 99% sure it's celiac disease. I am currently on a gluten free diet for the next 4 months, I'm going back to get more blood tests done to confirm that yes it is celiacs or no it's not and I'm getting an endoscopy and a biopsy done then as well to see how much damage has been done.. it's been a process and a rough time but I'm finally feeling a million times better!!!

Cause for gluten sensitivity is the chemicals sprayed on the fields to grow GMO resistant to those chemicals. They even spray the wheat just before the harvest to stress the plant and cause it to produce more yield.

@@victorrestrepo5633 Intestinal lining damage is due to your immune system overreacting to gluten and attacking it. How you get autoimmune disease that does it... too many factors to list. It's anything from plastics in your water to chemicals in the air and food you eat. As op says grains you eat have pesticides/chemicals on them so not washing them thoroughly is a health risk. Could also be that you get it from a viral infection or vaccine. A lot of people got countless symptoms lasting for years from covid MRNA vaccines. It could be from food poisoning that wipe out gut microbiome or a round of antibiotics.

If you think you have Celiac, get a blood test done before dropping gluten. I tested negative, because I dropped gluten a month before being tested. Also, if you believe you have it, but are too sick to undergo 6 weeks of a gluten inclusive diet, then consider getting genetic testing.

I'm not a medical professional but maybe talk to your doctor about it 😉 I knew a couple of people who were all the same.

Our ancestors didn't have all these problems - wheat & grains now many are GMO - the grains are not stored and siloed in cold storage for a year as old times - which breaks down the protein that causes Cilliac disease . Sugar and fake sugars are factors in declining health also at epidemic perportions . The way food is farmed is for quantity not quality - NOT turning the crop surplus back into soil for nutrients - therefore our food is not nutrient dense . Government got rid of the massive farmers of our nation and started buying outside our own country the foods we should be still producing . Many people do not have gardens nor know how to pull from nature to solve the body's crisis' -

I am 11 I was diagnosed with celiac disease at age 6 I also have hashimotos ( thyroid problems), A.D.D, and I am developing type 1 diabetes. I don't think I have had anything with flour in it for at least 4 years, but I don't crave those things anymore and I eat healthier.
You may want to have an ultrasound done on your liver as well as labs. Fatty stool combined with odor is a sign of hepatic steotosis. Had the same thing, CT comfirmed it.
I have celiac disease and its been a year since I left gluten and also dairy products . But I still have the symptoms , only difference is that the symptoms have got better ...Is someone experiencing the same ??
well, it's great you found out at 11 and not later in life! Its scary and frustrating in the beginning. many people might not understand, forget, try to tempt you into eating things you shouldnt, etc but it does get better. and more importantly, in a few months you should start feeling better than you used to. If you ever have questions or anything about food hacks, I got diagnosed a little over 3 years ago.
Fangirl 37 Hey babe take a deep breathe 💛 I was diagnosed celiac at age 14. I'm 18 now, and it can be hard at times but it really is important to think positive and fight for yourself to be gluten free.
You are actually lucky, it is a blessing in disguise. Gluten is harmful for All Humans, we are unable to digest it, it causes gut permeability(holes in our guts)! Do not think of it as having a disease, it is actually a healthy response to a toxic substance! 😁 Just eat a healthy Whole Food diet and you are on your way to being a healthy thriving, happy human being! And there is plenty of delicious food to eat...ALL unprocessed food is gluten free!😁

I want to get tested for Celiac disease. Ever since I was young I've dealt with stomach issues. I would get pain in my abdomen really bad sometimes its pain and really bad bloading my stomach felt like a balloon and my stomach would growl so loud a whole room could hear it,it would be so embarrassing. Also I'm constipated alot most of the time I force myself to use #2 rarely it just works on it's own. I have hypopituitarism and hypothyroidism. I also deal with anxiety and depression, and everything else that comes with them two diseases I have which inclued short stature.I considered getting testing after my dna test said I had a variant for Celiac disease. I hope this would be the answer to my problems, I always that I was just weird.

There have been constant times that my doctor tells me that I can eat gluten and the discomfort isn't too bad. For me if I even eat a few crumbs I become very ill.

What all did you do to feel better and how long before you felt better?

I wish there was some kind of medicine to take instead of having to go gluten free 😕
Solgar digestive enzymes ;) with gluten intolerance these enzymes help breaking down gluten, so your tolerance is higher.

I had been small and very skinny my entire life, when I was 9 they discovered that I had celiac. When I started eating gluten free I got more energy, gained a lot of weight and grew a lot. So you don’t always know if you have celiac bc the symptoms are very diverse. I had no stomach issues or anything

My daughter who is 4 has just been diagnosed. Can't stop crying 😢
It makes you eat healthier. Humans shouldn’t be eating processed grains
Omg this is crazy I just found out I have this bye accident and I believe my kids have it too
I am crazy excited about me finally figuring out I have celiac disease.
Lindsay Van Leeuwen any results?
It needs to mentioned that it only shows up on blood testing in it's advanced stage
Sarah Frederick I just learned this today. My doctor just told me this. I had a negative blood test but I will have an endoscopy done to see for sure soon.
Danielle Renee then what results came out ?
I was actually the main subject if a study conducted in New Zealand regarding the diagnosis of Coeliac: You can now be diagnosed just off antibodies :)
Still confused how celiac can be diagnosed, as the gluten sensitivity is giving for example immune response by creating antibodies (not in every case). But that doesn't mean someone has celiac. I guess there is lot of confusion, as ciliac is consequence of years and years exposure to gluten. So where is the parallel in terms of testing between celiac and gluten intolerance...What kind of testing did you had?
Mine came back positive but my doctor still wants to do a endoscopy to confirm it
I was sick for years. I thought it was candida. If my uncle hadn't have had a medical emergency which led to the celiac diagnosis, I may have never figured out what was wrong with me. I'm now dealing with the weight gain associated with the healing of the intestines. Hopefully I can get back into shape. I feel a million times better.
What were your symptoms before you were diagnosed?
@@amandar614 I had hair loss. I was nutrient deficient. Constant bloating, and sorry to be gross but stuff was coming out of me that looked like worms. It was my stomach lining. It took quite a while to really turn around though.
Do you have sticky stool or Messy stool
@CookieMonster_ I was tired all the time. I've suffered with insomnia since I was a teen. If I eat gluten on accident, it takes anywhere from an hour to a few before I start to feel the discomfort. The symptoms are more severe. I think that's probably due to being free of gluten for long periods of time. It's truly a different life now, and I am so grateful to not be in constant pain and suffering.

Me as well. I was told I have IBS too.

What symptoms you had
I am an American expat and I live in Pune. I also have celiac. I'm in my 30s so have loads of experience. Ask me anything you want about it. I was tested for it and it came back positive, and i very quickly started to recover after I was taken off of gluten, but my sister spent almost three years fighting this disease while her doctors had misdiagnosed her.
You guys are so strong! It’s so easy to take your health for granted! Keep kickin’ life’s ass!!!

Eat a very simple diet, meat, (canned)vegetables. If you have the internet do a lot of ordering online, although I realize the shipping might be quite a bit higher getting to you. So what is your treatment?

I grew up on dairy products. After 50 years, i switched to the other milk with coconut. Has helped my gut problems. I ate a little bread yesterday and its been awful.
What about eggs?
celiacs is not an allergy to gluten. your body is missing the digestive ensyme to break down the gluten protein. once the gluten hits your intestines it flattens the villa that helps move food particles and allow the blood to carry nutrients. children starved to death rom this . they now know which Gene's carry the marker for this disorder.

It does suck ba-
Food is expensive.
Estela Montoya I take Super Cleanse by Nature’s Secret helps TREMENDOUSLY
My brother had the surgery today and on Saturday we will find out if he has celiac disease hopefully he doesn't have it
I have coeliac disease and it's horrible but when you have gluten free food it helps people need to make more gluten free food in Australia
Marissa Case any results?
Did celiac cause you to loose weight? If so did going gluten free help you gain healthy weight
@@moneymanusa7 it was causing me to be malnourished. Yes after I went gluten free I gained to a healthy weight relatively quickly!

I have Celiac Disease. I was diagnosed when I was one and for 15 years later I'm living a normal, gluten free life.
how does gluten free bread taste,I mean do you eat it at all?
I have a cooking channel and I would love to share my recipes with you! ❤️ Everything I make is Gluten Free & Dairy Free 😊👩🏻🍳 Have a wonderful day
Same except I'm only 12
Србомбоница I’ve been told it tastes like normal bread, I’ve never had normal bread (or at least not that I can remember because I was very young) because it would cause issues
KAITLYN TAYLOR thank you, I will check it out!
Cause for gluten sensitivity is the chemicals sprayed on the fields to grow GMO resistant to those chemicals. They even spray the wheat just before the harvest to stress the plant and cause it to produce more yield.
4 years ago I was diagnosed with COELIAC DISEASE and I have tried everything I could to heal myself, but it was all to no avail, until I saw a post on a health forum about an herbalist preparing herbal medicines to cure everything type of diseases. including COELIAC DISEASE , at first I doubted it was real, but decided to give it a try, when I contacted this herbalist through his email and he prepared me a herbal cure for COELIAC DISEASE and sent it to me via the delivery service of UPS from the company, when I received this herbal cure. , gave me step by step instructions on how to apply it, when I applied it according to the instructions I was totally cured of this deadly disease within 3 months of use, I am now COELIAC DISEASE free, all thanks to Dr. Joshua Ighalo. any sources? i always learned that celiac disease is due to the damage of the cilia in the lining of the stomach
It could be from food poisoning that wipe out gut microbiome or a round of antibiotics.
my brother inlaw suffers with this-often diabetic patients are known to get it more..I have learned to cook recipes for cakes and biscuits for charity stalls..I made some made with choc chip cookies boy did they go..
If you think you have Celiac, get a blood test done before dropping gluten. I tested negative, because I dropped gluten a month before being tested.
Also, if you believe you have it, but are too sick to undergo 6 weeks of a gluten inclusive diet, then consider getting genetic testing.
Hey so I'm 14 and have not grown at all yet I was tested and am waiting for a response
I eat gluten and I feel like I am going to puke. I am getting tested, this helps thank you!
I have had bad stomach pain for months and they just took a biopsy so I'll find out in 10 days if I have it. I hope I don't I love pasta and cake and cookies 😥
i have celiac disease so i cant have gluten and dairy. Good to know that there are other people who are experiencing what i am
GamingXP If you're celiac you might find that, in a year or so, you can have dairy again. My mum (7 year celiac) found that she could have dairy again because her digestive system had healed itself! I'm not a medical professional but maybe talk to your doctor about it 😉 I knew a couple of people who were all the same.
I have been having joint pains, gas, depression, tiredness .I also go through bouts of constipation and sometimes, not very often loss of control of my bowel. I also get bloated. I am not sure if it's because of menopause, but with that I have very little symptoms.I think I might just have a gluten intolerance.I notice it always get worse around the holidays.
Stop eating gluten 😬 im sure you will feel better
Try anti inflammatory diet
OMG, Alice Bast just said: "....but I still live in fear of food...", I have lived in fear of food all of my life! I hate food because it makes me sick! I am going to be tested.
Has ANYONE else in here witj Celiac Disease had a rash involved.. Especially on their forearms?
Yes, it's one of the main symptoms.
Yes I drank beer once and my whole elbow blew up with a blistery rash

When people Doctors do not work, seek advice from the animal doctors.
You are so right! As a veterinary technician I saw dogs come in with constant diarrhea and skin problems.
We would always tell the owners to put them on a grain free diet. It always helped. I wish back then I had applied this knowledge to myself. It would have saved me years of suffering.
Before I was diagnosed with Celiac disease I was very sick. I was anemic and pre-diabetic and had to inject medicine into my stomach every day and oh my god the stomach pain was unbearable 😞 Celiac is horrible.
how is your condition now?
I am 11 I was diagnosed with celiac disease at age 6 I also have hashimotos ( thyroid problems), A.D.D, and I am developing type 1 diabetes. I don't think I have had anything with flour in it for at least 4 years, but I don't crave those things anymore and I eat healthier.
Morgan Kolar gluten is horrible 4 everyone
Alan Martinez it used to be fine but theyre putting even worse shit in food and it creates diseases because the government wants population control
Johnny Law what's with the bad language fuck turds'? This person is 11.
Johnny Law and shut up Johnny, go do some research instead of eating your shitty microwaved meals.
I have celiac and it's so hard.
I wonder...
With celiac, can the stool turn yellowish- tan with a strong sulfur type smell?
Kirk V oh yeah man, it can happen.
You may want to have an ultrasound done on your liver as well as labs. Fatty stool combined with odor is a sign of hepatic steotosis. Had the same thing, CT comfirmed it.
Kirk V yes it can but you need more testing. I had the same thing
why isn't anyone worried that after 20 years it took an animal doctor to tell her what was wrong
I have celiac disease and its been a year since I left gluten and also dairy products . But I still have the symptoms , only difference is that the symptoms have got better ...Is someone experiencing the same ??
Nasdaq Singh me before was worst but now only few symptoms specially if i eat bad food
Imagine the guy playing the piano while she describes her symptoms. 😩
can it cause panic attacks?
Mia Smith Apparently, yes. Since panic attacks are part of the mental symptoms related to anxiety, etc caused by this
I'm crying because I just found out I have it!! I'm only 11... I'm scared of what I might have to go threw...
well, it's great you found out at 11 and not later in life!
Fangirl 37 Dont worry, your not the only one diagnosed at 11.Same here😞
You are actually lucky, it is a blessing in disguise.
Trust me, it's better that you know it now. I'm 25 and newly diagnosed and I have felt like shit for years without knowing what was wrong with me
