Man you made it look so easy, which to be fair it’s not too difficult but extremely tight spaces if your engine is intact. I went the route of using the front block off plate without the coolant/ thermostat neck but not sure how to block off the skinny hose lines any idea? Otherwise I may reinstall the neck as I don’t have a solution atm.
🙏🏽 thank you! That means a lot It’s not too bad when you take your time. If you do the neck delete you have to keep in mind you’re deleting the factory oil cooler and throttle body cooler. So you might have to add an external oil cooler depending on the route you’re going. You can theoretically block off the throttle body and oil cooler ports with a rubber cap and hose clamps. Then the one that comes off the side of the block, drill and tap and add a bolt to block that. Your car may take longer to warm up without them and might need a high idle tune to get up operating temp quicker, but removing them doesn’t hurt anything.
Great,though,video of the reroute!
Thank you I appreciate it!
Where you given a choice when you ordered it of thermostats? The 195 degree or the 180.
I didn’t, you automatically get the 195* but if you want 180 you need Motorad/Stant 4584.

Man, that's a clean engine
Thanks! I can’t wait to get my custom harness in to clean it up even more!
Did you run issues with the egr pipe?
My egr pipe is deleted. But I believe you should be able to bend it down further to clear the reroute. Definitely will be a tight fit
