Do you have any information for removing the upper arm idler wheels/carrier wheels of the 1992 and older sleds? It's also a different bearing than the regular idler wheels if you might have some insight on that as well.
do you plan on doing more videos? I'm trying to decide of i should do this on my sled. I have the same model as you. do you know if you can find those plastic inserts for a decent price?
The plastic inserts i just got off of Babbits, i do plan to make more videos if there is enough interest in this channel. I was testing the waters with this video but as the season approaches I will have more videos coming. If you have any video requests please let me know. Thanks!
@@outbiling633 i took the skid out today changed the drive shaft bearing and put a new track on. I needed a video for that It took me 6 hours lol, and I'm not done. I still need to put the skid back in but I'm waiting on the bogie wheels bearings.
If the bogie wheel bearing is shot and actually like gone and the snap ring is around the shaft that basically means that i need an entire new wheel correct?
If the damage on the wheel will prevent proper installation of a new bearing and for the snap ring to be seated correctly then you will need a new wheel.
Great demo, and a couple neat tricks!
Nice demonstration for new sled owners. Just got a '95 ZRT 800, new to snowmobiles, and have a question about the clutch bearing.
nice video!
great video, thanks.

@@outbiling633 dang o don't think I'm willing to spend that much for the inserts. I'm going to try superglue
