I'm so excited to make this next week for my Fam. I pull a recipe for mac&cheese off TH-cam and this year I'm going to use yours. How much Velveeta? It isn't listed... I'm so dying to try this! Love the raw mac... I've done lasagne with raw pasta and we LOVE it... so this is right up our alley! Thank you so much!!
My apologies for the extremely delayed response. But I use 3/4 to a full block of the Velveeta (the small block of cheese). I've tried the Lasagna as well, it was so good.
What size Velveeta cheese box do you use? I didn't see it in the ingredients/directions. This looks great I'm going to get my grocery list together and make it!

I’ll use white American cheese instead of Velveeta.
