Super lucky to have watched it live. The entire life story of Mehak is so inspiring and it amazes me how each time she can just raise the yardstick. The pause, breathe, walk part simply gives goosebumps.

Amazing story! I actually needed to hear this. For the past few months I have been going through a lot, it's physical as well as mental pain. And recently I started to think that maybe it's God's plan ! Yes situations are not good but I am making it worse by accepting it.
From today I will try not to accept this painful situation and try to become fit. I hope God blesses me in my new strength.
