I miss my canaries and the odd British bird.. i made the mistake of trying to breed gouldians! and after all the hassle and stress and 189 hand feedings later. I managed to get 1 the the perches that thinks its a human...

Beautiful light Bullfinch mule. The origional London fancy Canaries where only good to show in their first year because unlike the recreation they became darker on the body after their post juvenile moult,which is the opposite to the recreation. PS Your picture of the yellow Siskin is in fact an American Goldfinch. Spinus tristris.
