Welding Magnets With the ON/OFF Switch - How do they work?

Welding magnetic clamps - inside mechanism, disassembling welding magnets - how it works?
Wath's inside welding magnets & clamps magnets with the ON/OFF Switch, How do they work?
They use 2 rectangle magnets and 4 round magnets, when in the "on" position 2 round magnets reinforce the other 2 rectangle magnets and become stronger, in the "Off" position they cancel each other out.

Eu am crezut ca este ceva mai complicat , un fel de electromagnet.

The polarity of all the magnets must be discovered and noted so they can be arranged and combined to reverse the polarity of clamp system overall whenever the switch is thrown (or SOMETHING like that).
