What's most amazing about watching this is knowing that 4 of these seasons ended with the Sox taking the trophy. Something I never thought I'd see in my lifetime...
Yes, bug momennts tend to be moments that you didn't lead for most of the game and then have a big rally. Bit of a selection bias issue, if you ld the whole time it takes something realy special to consider it a big moment, like Lester's no-no
2013 is the most fun season out of the 4 championships this century.. 1. No one expexted anythong out of them 2. They alway came from behind to win 3. The city needed it even moreso then they needed the 04 team 4. The 04 tesm played 500 bsll for a 100 days and was mind blowingly frustrating given the talent and expectations 5. If the 2007 sox were down 1-0 in the 6th inning they were gonna lose 6. The 2018 team just steamrolled everyone
You aren't a a true Sox fan man. 86 years of crap teams, choking, ect finally over. To be down 0-3 in the pennant against the Yanks then go lobstering n a 8-0 run to beat em in NY game seven then sweep The cards man loved it. The three other banners wouldn't of been possible without that team it gave em confidence to be a top team and win again three years later.
was at all 3 games of that series against the yanks for the back to back to back to back. think the yanks scored first in all of them but the sox still won them all. it was beautiful.
I was hoping the Ortiz walk-off homer from the July 31st game would be the highlight for the 2006 season. Not only was it the day after my birthday, but it was also just so epic to hear all of Fenway chanting "MVP! MVP! MVP!" afterwards.
David Ortiz once and for all settles the argument of "Do designated hitters belong in the Hall of Fame?" Without him, the Sox don't get to the World Series in '04 and don't win it in '13.

That game from 2013 told you all you needed to know about that season
Magical
Amazing season. 11 walk offs that year

I'm noticing a lot of these games were come-from-behind efforts. Many of them against the Yankees.
So?

5:00 That Cody Ross walk-off happened on my 13th birthday, and was a brief glimmer of hope in what by that point was already a lost season.
I completely forgot about Cody Ross until this video. Now that I'm having flashbacks, he was one of the few guys who played well on that Bobby V team.
the sox are the best and most exciting team since 2004
I was at several of these games. Cody Ross's home run and the big comeback vs the Mariners. Good memories.
Both great games. I was at the comeback vs the Yankees on August 5th

I'd still put 04 ahead of it
@@esportshighlights2457 04 was the most rewarding. 23 wss the most fun. 18 was the best team...and 07..proved 04 wa a fluke
2004 was the best simply cause i never had to hear 1918 ever again. And by that point it was everywhere not just ny...
Oh and no more cure bs, no more whos your daddy, no more ghosts...the ghosts haunt their dugout now

Bill Mueller's HR in 2004 was my all time favorite.
Dont blame you, that was 04's turning point.
Remember Sandy’s hit 😭 and than that mad finish those were the days 💔 most games were like that
no red sox highlight should ever include panda. unless of course it's when he swung and broke his belt.
He was a fuckin bust
@@r3dlit3 we signed him
😂 💀

I was there for the last game! Stayed the whole time

and this is why David is undoubtedly the most clutch hitor in the history of the game
Tony Renda may not have seen much MLB action, but he is not forgotten!
Might as well just call this a David Ortiz highlight video
Lmao
2018s should have been Mookies walk off, that was probably the most energetic moment of the year in MLB
Best season. 2004! Zero to 3 games down vs daddy yanks. 8 straight wins and Bambino spell destroyed.
How was Mookie's 13 pitch Grand Slam not the best moment of 2018!?
Because it was in the 4th inning of a game against Toronto.
This is the moment I remember the most as well.
I miss Don Orsello... Far better and more listenable that the current guy who I won't say his name...
I always liked Don but I don’t understand your hate against Dave, he’s just as good if not better

The most important one here is the 04 Bill Mueller homer of Rivera. The precursor to Game 4 alcs
I WAS AT THAT GAME IN 2018!
Same here!
I think 2013 was either the one you did or big papis games tying grand slam vs the tigers
Listen to how loud Fenway gets at 7:10 . Unreal
Bài somewhere (July) rất hay, mong một ngày cô hướng dẫn bài này
I think the Red Sox best moment from 2018 was bennintendi’s game winning catch vs the astros
Pablo Sandavol had a couple of huge homeruns to take the lead as a Red Sox that people forget because the team blew the lead with his his clutch hits.
2015: was papi’s 500th career homer, and 2018 was JD Martinez’s 3-run HR in ALDS game 1
No postseason.
Ahhhh don Orcello 🤧
I was at the games in 17 and 18 by chance
Heh the walker oriz show is from nesns cowboy up video
That's right! It was hard to findfind but I'm glad I did. For some reason MLB hasn't posted Walkers game tying homer
I was at the 2017 one
You hot 100th likes for video 🤗😎
2011 was the saddest season for a redsox fans 😭😭😭 I get fucking depresse when I see that roster
Do this for the mets please
Come on man give some love to the best knuckler to play Timmy.
No grand slam on Nava's 1st pitch he sees in the majors?
Dang i missed that
If you're going to show no-hitters, where's Buchholz's?
2:26 place is freaking empty...
Yuhhh
That Indians game in 2017 was arguably the best game ive ever seen in terms of all around excitement. But obviously the pitching was trash.
Still would have picked bays homer off rivera and youlks walkoff for 2009
I would have too, but the footage isn't anywhere to be found
voice red Sox
voice phillies
2015 could be big papi 500th career home run
There was not much to celebrate about in 2012 😂
None from 2020 obviously!!!

Wouldn't have even gotten to the World Series in '13 without his grand slam tbh.
