I love this. But please don't sew over needles. Why? because one could break and end up inside your machine. Or it could break and end up in your eye. Take care and keep up the great work.
Very true, I watch her sew over pins and was waiting for one to get stuck and break the needle. It happened to me accidently, I forgot pin was there and my needle broke and went inside my machine, now I have to take to repair because I can't get it out!
You can sew over needles if they are placed in the way they are portrayed and not any other ways.
Doesn't look like it will hold alot and still snap closed. Would it if the flap was longer.thinking for my granddaughter and don't know how much she'd put in it. Didn't want to go thru all that and she couldn't use it. I'll see, might try one just to see. Like the idea. Thanks for sharing.
Was thinking the same... I'm going to try using velcro with 1.5 inch placed vertically on the flap to allow for give.

Hübsches Täschchen, kleiner Tipp von mir, die Kanten werden schöner, wenn das Vlies auf den Innenstoff (hier hellblau) gebügelt wird. Das lästige Zusammennähen von Hand der Wendeöffnungen kann man sich sparen, diese werden beim Zusammennähen der Seitenteile mit verschlossen.

I have watched a few accordion purse videos, yours is definitely the best, your instructions are clear, and I like that you give inches, as well as cm. I will definitely be making this (a few), I was thinking I could make the pieces wider, and deeper, and add a strap to make it into a multi pocket purse also. I always enjoy your videos.
