Watching Everton at Goodison Park from the back of the lower tier in the away section on a wooden seat was like watching a football match from the back of your garage. Hopefully the new ground will have plenty of character but with comfort and excellent views of the pitch.

Looks amazing it's time to move to from the old stadium. You can imagine game day all the restaurant's bars fanzone on a nice warm day the infrastructure of the transport system coming in and out the city train line and stations right outside bringing fans in certainly lots of thought gone in to it . Can't wait the passing ships getting a amazing view on game day .

Be sad to see her go, but this stadium design fills me with excitement about better days ahead.
This isn’t the correct design of the stadium but it’s still nice! Interior is completely different and few differences on the outside…I think I actually prefer your rendition on the interior

Pretty odd of the creators not to include the view of the downtown area and skyline you will be able to view from the top tiers, which was such a major part of the design sell.
The location on the docks could be quite nice and there's good potential for investment in the area for night clubs and restaurants etc. What about mass transit -- how are the fans going to get there and back?
Look stunning. Read some report it will be about 50K capacity, isn't that a bit too small in today's standard? The design doesn't seem like there is any possibility for future expansion.

Its good when built. I don't think construction even started. It's a new identity they need. Even tho they will be in pools shadow this is a move in right direction. Ex. City no more in uniteds shadow. They got out of it.
City bought their way out of it & no I'm not a United fan (actually can't stand them) but the truth is the truth. Nothing City has done is impressive, literally any club in the country that would have spent what City have done over the last decade would be where they are now. Everything about that club is meh.

The complex surrounding the Etihad is absolutely fantastic and way, waaay ahead of any other club in the country.... If the money was to dry up tomorrow then at least they would be on solid foundations, unlike MU who would be left massively in debt and with a complete stadium rebuild required. I'm no City fan, by the way, and the Saudi money behind them stinks of evil.

Yes, the official Lang O'Rourke virtual video shows the corporate boxes both sides of the stadium, and a lot more detailed than this one.

I believe it's 52K and yes, it does seem too small.
I've just learned that the stadium has been designed with the potential to be expanded to 62,000 if required.
