      The granddaughter appeared rather callous, despite introducing the mysteriousness surrounding her mother and grandmother's relationship.... Although a toilet Pitt isn't by any means an ideal final resting place, it is a wonder to what extent the defendant could've had intentions of leading investigators to firstly be looking for a male perpetrator.... Sounds like Nancy was plainly cooperative once lawfully approached though, however.

    She didn't have a phone to call 911? Ok even if that was true she went to great lenths to dispose of the baby after the fact she could have put as much effort into getting medical help for her baby. If she didn't do anything wrong then why try to hide the baby? Unless you are trying to hide evidence of a crime she knew that baby didn't die of natural causes and thats why she got rid of her to hide her crime. When a pregnant woman is murdered, it’s classified as a double homicide. Yet, when a pregnant woman enters a Planned Parenthood clinic and a doctor ends the life of her healthy unborn child-dismembering the baby limb by limb, crushing the skull, and vacuuming out the remains-it is legally called “a choice,” with no charges brought against either the mother or the doctor.
    This stark contrast highlights the insane inconsistency in our laws regarding the value of life before and shortly after birth. It also reflects a broader cultural acceptance of legalized killing under the guise of abortion which is nothing more than a cult of death.
    Consider this scenario: if this mother had undergone a late-term abortion, no charges would have been filed. However, if she had given birth and the newborn died just minutes or hours later, it would be labeled a homicide. This disparity becomes even more alarming when states, like Virginia in recent years, have proposed laws permitting so-called "post-birth abortions."
    At this time, the full details of this case, including the mental state of the mother, remain unclear. If she is to face charges for murder, then it begs the question-why are we not also holding accountable the women and doctors who deliberately take the lives of healthy unborn children through abortion?
    This mother has undoubtedly endured unimaginable torment, and my prayers go out to her soul and for the judge(s) presiding over this case to rule with both compassion and justice.

      @jp4180 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@nathaliemorales3501 In the United States, the legal treatment of the killing of a pregnant woman varies by state, particularly concerning whether the fetus is recognized as a separate victim. As of January 2024, 39 states have enacted "fetal homicide" laws that recognize the unlawful killing of an unborn child as homicide in at least some circumstances.

    • @danidesip2432
      @danidesip2432 20 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      It depends on the state. Some states do not have fetal homicide laws. If not then a fetus is not considered a victim unless they are born. I assume that medical examiners can tell if a newborn was actually birth alive or died in uterus thus a stillborn. Medical examiners said the infant was born alive, so it was a victim. Also she was 35 not some 16 yr old.

    • @ItsBirdieCage
      @ItsBirdieCage 7 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Your comment is insane. If it wasn’t for women like you shaming women for having abortions she may have had one. Let’s say she has an abortion at 12 weeks. Fetus wouldn’t have suffered. This lady wouldn’t be a murder and the fully grown baby, who can now feel pain, wouldn’t have suffered. People who believe in pro choice don’t want women to get abortions as much as you don’t. However when you force a woman to have a baby even more suffering happens. The world is imperfect and we have imperfect solutions. But your takeaway of this case that abortions are wrong shows your lack of critical thinking and or how small of a town you come From and lack of struggle.
