Excellent video!!!!! Thank you for giving us a rare opportunity to see these great works of art in motion.....just awesome to be able to hear the engines!!!!!! Informative commentary!!!
Hey Richard. Loved the video. I thought I was losing it when I saw this video pop up. I could have sworn the concours wasn't for at least another week. Then I read the description! Are you at pebble this year? I hope so because your coverage is always really good. I'm going to a few events over the next few weeks. Silverstone Classic, Blenheim Palace concours and then the Goodwood revival. Really looking forward to a classic car summer. Keep up the great work with your entertaining and informative videos and have fun!
Ah... my favourite coverage of PB! Even though I wouldn't want to enter my car (if I could), I enjoy being a spectator. People dressed up, lovely setting, and cars that are out of this world. Best wishes from the UK. Ian.
Early bird Richi, thanks for getting up in the middle of the night for us. I instantly interrupted my work for an hour and will continue until late to catch up. Great cars by the way, many from Germany as well.
@@RichardMichaelOwen I was tempted to come even this year, want to come with unrestored E Type if possible. Suddenly Goodwood Revival appeared on my schedule next month. 🙂
Richard, thank you for the annual overdose of eye candy. Stunning array of automobiles as always, almost too much to take in. More to come from Monterey I'm guessing.
Delectable, drop dead Delahaye! My favourite out of all of those exquisite beauties. Just that lower chrome (or is it SS?) trim would drive restorers mad! I look forward to your narration at the shows that you attend. Hopefully, you will be up at zero-dark-hundred again this year, whilst I'm tucked away in my bed, dreaming of the day where I can show my little Aston at PB, and have you there narrating as I pass by, and tell you to get out of the way! :) Cheers, Tom
Hi Richard, thanks for your great video! You don't miss anything! Great to see and hear each one drive by! Enjoy the rest of the weekend. I don't think there will be an E type any better than one of yours!!
I spent my career as a video cameraman and shooting Pebble Beach was always a great treat for a car guy/shooter. If you rummage around the internet you can probable find the official 50th Anniversary Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance video that I shot.
Wow. What a show. THANKS .. and w/o all the hassle getting there, scoring lodging and walking around constantly looking for the nearest bathroom if necessary.
Question. With the great value of some of these cars being brought in from Europe etc, would I be correct in assuming they are flown in and not risked in containers across the sea ?
Like thar touch at the end: a few more gorgeous cars with the Chopin. More of that and less '"wows". I didn't hear you used the word "epic" once. Thanks for that.
I'm surprised the owners allow it to be flown. Having a drone smash into the bodywork of one of these beauties, would really ruin your day...or someone's face. lol

Hello Richard . You really are the conniseur of these rare exotics . Thankyou
John, thanks for the kind words, it means alot.
I always enjoy your walkaround videos at shows. That Cord L29 looks like it should be the original Batmobile.
Always look forward to your pebble beach videos Richard, many thanks . !!👍👍👏👏

Beautiful!! I tried Soo many times to volunteer!!!
Great job again Richard. Thanks for bringing us all who can't be there an insiders view of all the action. Keep it up! 😁❤👍

Thank you so much, Richard, for making it possible for me to view this wonderful event and beautiful cars from here in Australia.

spectacular and thanks for sharing and the introduction. good to know what we are looking at
Better than a front row seat.

And now just six days until the next one. Thanks for the video, nice recap of last year.
Another amazing job by RMO! Well done old boy, well done!!👍🏻
Great to have you along Ron 🥂
Looking forward to your coverage at this years dawn patrol at Pebble Beach and all the other goings on.
The reason we got there that morning was the hat. And this years is a nice one.

That FIAT No.42 does it for me.
Magnifico.
I'm a simple man; I see Richard's upload from Pebble Beach, I click like. Hope to see some coverage of this year's Wedge class :)
Thanks for the support, great to have you along. 🥂
Wow. What a show. THANKS .. and w/o all the hassle getting there, scoring lodging and walking around constantly looking for the nearest bathroom if necessary.
Fabulous effort.
The place the cars the people . its like no other For yours truly that XK 140 and the TZ 1 Alfa both fantastic.
Ray, thanks for watching you have great taste.
Question. With the great value of some of these cars being brought in from Europe etc, would I be correct in assuming they are flown in and not risked in containers across the sea ?
Hey Gary! Usually a handful of cars are flown over yes.
Wonderful
Great video. Always wanted to go there, but the snob factor keeps me and my Gremlin away.
Most car people at Pebble are extremely happy and living in the sublime. You should come. Thanks for watching.
Yes that is cool Peace out wow
Richard, could you let me know who owns that CanAm Road car @ 22:37 please....
The turning circle of that red Delahaye at around 6.15 would be similar the SS Queen Mary.😮
Did that in 03 and 06 while working at RM. Not many know about this part.
Like thar touch at the end: a few more gorgeous cars with the Chopin. More of that and less '"wows". I didn't hear you used the word "epic" once. Thanks for that.
Glad you like the montage, thanks for watching Tony!
What are these pre-war exotics even like to drive? Are they reasonably comfortable?
Hi thanks for watching, I think the driving experience depends on talent, these cars are not easy.
What was the featured marque rhis year?
Mercedes.
@@RichardMichaelOwen thanks!
Who's the anker with the drone..?
I'm surprised the owners allow it to be flown. Having a drone smash into the bodywork of one of these beauties, would really ruin your day...or someone's face. lol
@@curmudgeon1933 Precisely, imagine that getting caught up in your hair, or through an eye. "Orr sorry" doesn't cut it now does it!
Richard - is this 2023 or 2024 show - your title lines are confusing ?
This was 2023, 2024 is next Sunday!!
Any "Tour" vid for this year? Your past tour vids are a treat. Love your presentation style.
Tour is this Thursday. I'll make a video.
How annoying is that drone?! Giant mosquito.
This guy knows his cars 👍🏽
