also I'm not sure what the thread pitch is on the pitman arm of your dodge, but cheap jeep XJ box braces have the same support design and if you're going to fab up something that might be a way to get a pillow bearing, sector shaft extension and some parts to build a mount for the bearing and stuff. I put one on my XJ.
A little history on dodge you have a 3500 HD truck it uses the same front end suspension as a 4x4 just with a hallow tube what is happening is called death wobble very prone to dodges uses the strut and link suspension dodge actually had many recalls and tsb's on this. Best thing is to get a heavy duty steering box statilizer for center link, all new rubber bushings check ball joints and your shock towers love to crack than weld in rail stiffeners for steering box gear. Get a heavy duty steering shaft note of the truck is a 1994 dodge than you have to go with bourgson shaft being dodge only used double spline shaft for 1 year than switched to dd shaft in 1995 to 2002. Also need wheel alignment as well. Good luck stay well
