I also recall when people would use to dress business chique when flying. It’s so surreal how much things have changed. Best thing tho: being able to watch movies on your own personal screen on the plane. I do miss some of the classiness tho, as impractical as it may have been.

When I was in school I had a classmate whos aunt was an Avon saleswoman and who would try to help her aunt get some sales. Maybe the aunt even gave her some % of the money she made, I never asked. But that girl would always take some of the other girls to the side on lunch break and go through the catalog with her, pointing out products that would suit them. Sitting there with her was one of the few times I had experienced ASMR before I even knew what it was, so I made sure to always buy a little something, so that she would take me aside again when she had a new catalog to show. :D
