Absolutely agree with you it will take at least 1 to 2 years when some profits can be expected! 3 suggestions... 1. While focusing on development charges, it's crucial for CSC to consider the current market dynamics. Delaying development charges for 1-2 years could indeed help attract customers to invest in buying and seling activities more and more. Trust me everyoneis scared to invest due to development changes. 2. Offering affordable deals and discounts would not only attract customers from the lower middle class but also ensure inclusivity. 3. Allowing investors to pay development charges within 2+ years would further help win buyers' TRUST.
Agreed but the fact is every builder is scared due to instability and fluctuation in the rates of construction , this is the main reason but on the other side your point is valid as I already have invested in csc and I’m facing the same like I’ve purchased 2 kanals which cost me 1.25 and the D.charges are 88 lacs which are huge but this is the best society in that region and soon we’ll get that *sabar ka phal* InshaAllah..

Aur bwc is purely for middle class while faisal hill and capital smart city for riches.
