Massively underrated no really sees quality short passes that invite the big ball carries into the games and his lovely delay of passes, his goal kicking loads better
Really nice to see his "effortless" style of play. It doesn't seem that he is putting himself to the limit, however when you see what he is doing, it is mesmerizing
His kicking from hand is one of the best for me. He can actually also run a line if he wants. Full skill-set, good goal-kicking, defence is not a weakness for a suppossd smaller guy. Test rugby player.
Greatly respected and admired here in Leinster. Quite unfairly underrated imo. His general timing is second to none as your compilation highlighted. Any chance of a Jamie Heaslip tribute please?
Much better 10 than Owen Farrell. Game management, tactically, technically, tackles cleaner, kicks out of hand better, only slightly less consistent with his place kicks
A player who's been given more opportunities than most, but he has improved over the years: wonder how well some other players would have done with that same nurturing/protection
@@karlosdeevs I agree about 2013. 2017, he definitely should have been on that tour. Dan Bigger was fantastic for the lions that year but his form for Wales was average. Ford was brilliant for England.
When he's not kicking half our possession away in an England shirt he's great! I appreciate its a strategy but the countless aimless kicks when he's proven he's also a great attacking runner/playmaker is sometimes baffling 🤷🏼♂️
Incredible at club level, never impresses me at international level and definitely isn't #1 choice for me. Not sure why but I really don't like to watch him play...😂
@@canadiancontent352 yes he was key in that game however he isn't reliable game on game. Would hardly call his performance pivotal going into the final...
@@EllliotJackRussel1 this is true but it is boring and doesn't work against good teams such as south Africa. He can't adapt the pan quick enough for when a team puts one on us. Similarly Vs Scotland
The most underrated 10 in the world rn
I'd say so.

What a star. Serves as a great reminder of just how damn quick he is, on top of everything else.
people slag off youngs but this shows the link him and ford have is absolutely unbeatable
Absolutely underrated

Never used to rate him, but over the last few years he’s really stepped his game up
Underrated as a try scorer clearly. Didn't realise it myself. Great reel.
2:01 lovely tackle on the ref
No arms! Ref!

Squidge approves of this video.
I do not care what people say George ford is a very good player and I hope he get back in the England team love you George
One of the best 10
He may not be the flashiest number 10 but he’s most definitely one of the smartest players. One of my favourites
A player who's been given more opportunities than most, but he has improved over the years: wonder how well some other players would have done with that same nurturing/protection
Always Looks like he's running through treacle but he always seems to pull away. Deceptively fast
Really u underrated in my opinion
and this video barely scratches the in field kicks he pulls off. deffinately top 3 fly halfs for me
Still the best love you George I hope to see you in the six national
2:02 thanks referee
Encapsulation of the modern 10. If only his defence was a bit stronger he’d be up there with the best in the world
Him at 10 with Manu and Lawrence in centre's would be good to watch
He is the best in the world
Unfairly underrated. England play better in attack with him on the field imo
Highlights of an England 10 and it’s mostly him running. Do my eyes deceive me?
Hopefully his lions call up will come this time around.
yeah, he usually has a great run of form within 6 months of a lions tour.. And then the form starts to flicker a-la 2013 et 2017

Closest we have to Beuden Barratt so of course he's not even in the squad. Much better than Farrell except tackling.

England have literally just won the six nations and are looking incredible and yet you still question the game plan😂
One of the best attacking 10s in the game, but one of the worst tacklers at international level, the big back rowers just love him, free 5m.
Not true. His tackling is not worse than most of Test rugby fly-halves.
Ur brother
Except for the fact we don’t have the same last name
But yeah apart from that we’re brothers

Steve Hansen identified him as the key player in England defeating NZ at the rwc

@@leonmunt6244 thats fair
He actually sticks to England's gameplan. Remember his try vs Scotland when Farrell had a shocker.
