To be honest...his roti style is the closest to how indians in India make their roti..very different from Trini roti...

Thank you for this recipe Morris, good combination for a Jamaican/ Guyanese family. I have always liked the cornmeal pudding( not the pone, too tough!😅). I will definitely be trying these recipes for the the pudding and roti(bus up shut).
