Try to make these feelings the object of meditation. Slowly and repeatedly bring your breath to the area where they manifest in your body. Fully feel them, settle directly into them. Watch them from your awareness. You can even ask yourself the question "when was the first time I can remember feeling this way". I use this technique when I feel panic and anxiety that can be excruciating at times. Much love to you.

Wow… this went straight to the heart. 💔🧘‍♀ Sometimes, a single message arrives at the exact moment you need it most. I've been quietly navigating a heavy cloud of anxiety and self-doubt lately, and hearing this felt like someone gently placing a hand on my shoulder, saying: “You’re not alone.” 🌧➡🌤
The reminder that acceptance is the beginning of peace-rather than resistance-is something I’m learning to return to, again and again. It’s not easy. But it’s real. This kind of deep wisdom doesn’t just comfort you-it realigns you. 🙏✨
Let’s not just keep this for ourselves. If this touched you too, let’s keep the ripple going-💗 like it, share it, and maybe someone else out there will feel a little less alone tonight. 🌍🕯

Everyone who enters our life is a part of our karmic journey - no one is here by accident.
Some bring us joy, others bring us challenges. But each person is a mirror - reflecting past karma or delivering a lesson our soul needs to learn.
When we meet others with mindfulness and gratitude, even pain becomes a doorway to healing.
Because on the path of awakening, there is no such thing as “the wrong person” - only people who arrive at the right time, with the right lesson, for a heart ready to grow. 🙏

I wasn’t planning to write anything, but maybe someone else out there is feeling the same way I was-not quite sick, but not quite well. Just this low-level feeling of being out of balance, like your body’s asking for something you can’t name. I tried to ignore it, thought it would pass. But it lingered. When I came across The Hidden Herbs by Anette Ray, I didn’t expect much, but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. It helped me slow down and listen-to my body, to the seasons, to the quiet wisdom of plants. It didn’t change everything overnight, but it gave me a way back to myself, and sometimes that’s all you need.

According to Buddhist wisdom, everyone who enters our life does so for a reason. Whether they bring joy or challenge, each person is a reflection of our past actions or lessons we need to learn. Instead of seeing encounters as random, we are reminded to approach them with gratitude, knowing they are part of our spiritual growth.

God bless you.Deep research or focus on a task relieves my depression. The worst thing I can do when feeling depressed is lie down with an idle mind. Immersive reading in a book or anything that interests me helps me. I call it starving my depression. You must starve it by filling your mind with deep concentration on anything interesting or intriguing.

I think a better understanding of the "empty boat" story is that the boat is empty -- even if there's an angry and contentious pilot steering it. It's not an accomplishment to control one's ego -- it's an accomplishment to realize that all egos are empty, and by themselves, are just another force of nature, to be steered around when necessary.
