Watching this again after 8 years… It feels surreal. Back in 2016, I was just a struggling student in 9th grade. It was November, and I clearly remember the cold nights when I’d sit alone in my room, feeling lost and unsure about my future. At that time, life was tough. I was performing poorly in school, and I didn’t have any direction. But I stumbled across his videos, and something just clicked. Each one of his videos lit a spark within me, and slowly, they changed the way I looked at everything. I didn’t know what I wanted to do, but I had this burning desire to be someone. That’s when I decided to take charge of my life. I started meditating daily, and with every session, I could feel myself growing stronger mentally. I became more focused, disciplined, and driven. I started studying hard and completely turned my grades around. I excelled in both 10th and 12th grade, and it felt like I was on top of the world. But after school, things took a different turn. I joined university, hoping to keep that momentum going. I started my BBA degree, but then the pandemic hit. Classes went online, life became monotonous, and slowly, I started slipping back into my old habits. What should have been a 4 year course dragged on for 5 years. I became lazy, unmotivated, and completely disconnected from the driven person I once was. Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months-each one blurring into the other as I lost the fire I once had. Now, I’ve finally completed my degree, but I find myself standing at a crossroads, unsure of where to go next. The future that once seemed so full of promise now feels like a heavy burden. I keep thinking about how I want to make my parents proud. I see their hopeful eyes, believing that I’ll achieve something great, but deep down, I feel like I’m letting them down. So here I am, back to watching his videos, searching for that lost spark. I want to reignite that fire within me. I want to be that driven person again-the one who dared to dream big. It’s tough, especially now when laziness has taken over, and self-doubt is creeping in. But I know I can’t stay stuck like this forever. I need to push through, for myself and for my parents, who have always believed in me. I’m hoping these videos will work their magic again. I’m hoping to find that part of me that once believed I could conquer anything. Watching this again after 8 years… It feels surreal. Back in 2016, I was just a struggling student in 9th grade. It was November, and I clearly remember the cold nights when I’d sit alone in my room, feeling lost and unsure about my future. At that time, life was tough. I was performing poorly in school, and I didn’t have any direction. But I stumbled across his videos, and something just clicked. Each one of his videos lit a spark within me, and slowly, they changed the way I looked at everything.
I didn’t know what I wanted to do, but I had this burning desire to be someone. That’s when I decided to take charge of my life. I started meditating daily, and with every session, I could feel myself growing stronger mentally. I became more focused, disciplined, and driven. I started studying hard and completely turned my grades around. I excelled in both 10th and 12th grade, and it felt like I was on top of the world.
But after school, things took a different turn. I joined university, hoping to keep that momentum going. I started my BBA degree, but then the pandemic hit. Classes went online, life became monotonous, and slowly, I started slipping back into my old habits. What should have been a 4 year course dragged on for 5 years. I became lazy, unmotivated, and completely disconnected from the driven person I once was. Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months-each one blurring into the other as I lost the fire I once had.
Now, I’ve finally completed my degree, but I find myself standing at a crossroads, unsure of where to go next. The future that once seemed so full of promise now feels like a heavy burden. I keep thinking about how I want to make my parents proud. I see their hopeful eyes, believing that I’ll achieve something great, but deep down, I feel like I’m letting them down.
So here I am, back to watching his videos, searching for that lost spark. I want to reignite that fire within me. I want to be that driven person again-the one who dared to dream big. It’s tough, especially now when laziness has taken over, and self-doubt is creeping in. But I know I can’t stay stuck like this forever. I need to push through, for myself and for my parents, who have always believed in me.
I’m hoping these videos will work their magic again. I’m hoping to find that part of me that once believed I could conquer anything. Because this time, it’s not just about grades or achievements-it’s about finding my way back to the person I used to be, and making my parents proud of who I’ve become.
