Btw at 3:19 DO NOT only tank 3. I have had the wrong warden doing this. Unless it has been fixed and I'm unaware you should tank 4.

No this will work in any invo but the big balls will do less damage to you at a lower invo (below 450? idk)
You have to tank from 99 to 75 to time the rapid heal tick eat though since tanking orbs delays the balls
